Özet
Bu çalışma yaşlı ve genç broyler ebeveyn yumurtalarında ( 26 ve 52 haftalık), kuluçkanı son döneminde farklı nispi nem uygulamaların kuluçka sonuçları ve çıkış sonrası performansa etkilerinin belirlenmesi amacı yürütülmüştür. Araştırma materyali yumurtalar Ross308 broiler ebeveynlerinin iki farklı ticari sürüsünden elde edilmiştir. Yumurtalar 3 farklı NR ºartları nda ( % 48, % 58 ve % 68 NR ) kuluçkanı 16. günden 19.5. güne kadar muamele edilmiº ve 19.5. günden n çı ºa kadar tüm gruplar % 75 NR olacak º ekilde ayarlanmı r. Kuluçkanı 486. saatinden baºlayarak kı ºtı n çı º zamanı çı º gücü ( ÇG ) ve civciv organ aðı klarıölçülmüºtür. kı , kı rlı 26 haftalı yaºtaki sürüden elde edilen ve % 58 NR' ye tabi tutulan yumurtalarda ÇG, 52 k haftalı yaºta ve % 58 NR ve % 68 NR uygulanan gruplara göre düºük olmuºtur (P<0.01). Ayrı NR k ca göz önünde bulundurmaksı n 26 haftalı yaºtaki ebeveynlerden elde edilen yumurtalarda ÇG, 52 zı k haftalı yaºtaki ebeveynlerden daha düºük ( P<0.05 ) bulunmuºtur. Genel olarak 52 haftalı yaºtaki k k ebeveynlerden elde edilen embriyolar diðer gruplara göre daha erken çı º eðilimi göstermiºlerdir. kı Civciv aðı ðı yaºlı gruplardan elde edilen yumurtalarda düºük bulunmuºtur ( P<0.05 ). GDÖ rlı bakı ndan interaksiyon etkisi önemli ( P <0.01 ) olup, en yüksek ortalama deðer 26 haftalı yaºta mı k % 58 NR uygulanan genç grupta bulunmuºtur (P <0.01 ). Yaº ana faktörü bakı ndan 26 haftalı yaº mı k grupları ndaki GDÖ daha fazla olmuºtur ( P <0.05 ). . Erken çı º (EÇ) bakı ndan yaº x NR kı mı interaksiyon etkisi, en yüksek ortalama 52 haftalı yaºta % 58 NR uygulanan grupta bulunmuºtur k (P<0.05). Normal çı º (NÇ) bakı ndan yaº x NR interaksiyon etkisi önemli bulunmuºtur (P <0.01). kı mı Buna göre, en yüksek 52 haftalı yaºta % 68 NR uygulanan grupta gerçekleº miºtir. Geç çı º (GÇ) k kı bakı ndan en yüksek interaksiyon 26 haftalı yaºta sı yla % 68 ve % 58 NR uygulanan gruplarda mı k rası bulunmuºtur ( P<0.05 ). Yaºlıgruplardaki yumurta sarı sıkesesi (YSK) gençlere nazaran daha düºük ( P<0.05 ) bulunmuºtur. Karaciðer ( KCG ) aðı ðı 26 haftalı yaºtan elde edilen civcivlerde daha rlı da k düºük ( P<0.05 ) çı ºtı Kesim sonrası performans deðerleri bakı ndan canlı aðı k ( CA ) ve kmı r. mı rlı yem deðerlendirme katsayı ( YDK ) ayrı ayrı deðerlendirildiðinde gruplar arası sı nda fark bulunamamı r.
Incubating eggs produced by two commercial flocks (26 and 52 wk) of Ross308 broiler breeders. Broiler hatching eggs were subjected to one RH condition from 0 to 15 d of incubation and switched one of three different RH conditions (48, 58, and 68 %) from 16 d to 19.5 d of incubation. From 19.5 d to pull time RH conditions were switched to 75 % for all groups. Late deaths, hatchability, hatch time and some organ weights were measured. After 488 h of incubation, time of hatch and hatchability and chick organ weights at hatch were evaluated. Hatchability was depressed when eggs exposed to 58 % RH from hens at 26 wk old compared to 58 and 68 % RH?in eggs obtained from 52 wks old ( P<0.01). Moreover, the hatchability also decreased in eggs from 26 wk old group irrespective of RH conditions. As generally the embryos from hens at 52 wk old tended to early hatching compared to other treatment group. Chick weight at hatch decreased in eggs from old group (P<0.05). Late deaths were higher in eggs obtained from 26 wks of old when exposed to 58 % RH conditions (P<0.01). Irrespective of RH condiotions, the late deaths were higher in eggs from young group(P<0.05).Yolk sac weigh was heavier in young group cicks compared with old group chicks (P<0.05). Percent liver weighs were higher in old group chicks (P<0.05). Percent liver weights was depressed in chicks exposed to 68 % RH. Heart weighs were higher in chick obtained from 52 wks old age group exposed to 68 %. Additionally, Percent heart weights were higher in old group chicks (P<0.05). Percent heart weights was depressed in chicks exposed to 48 % RH (P<0.05). The eggs from 52 wks old were completed hatching time more earlier than 26 wks old group (P<0.05). Moreover, the chicks were hatched earlier in egg exposed to 48 % RH (P<0.05). There were found no differences for post hatch perfornmance for live weight and FCR for 7 wks.
