Benzimidazol-Schiff Baz Bileşiklerinin Mikrodalga Yolu ile Sentezi ve Bazı Metal Komplekslerinin İncelenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışmada çıkış maddesi olarak 3,4-diaminobenzoik asit kullanıldı, literatürde verilen
metotlardan faydalanılarak asit katalizörlüğünde 1,2-fenildendiamin ile reaksiyona girerek 4-(1Hbenzimidazol) benzen-1,2-diamin (Bpzda) elde edildi. Etanol ortamında çözülmüş, 4-(1H-benzimidazol)
benzen-1,2-diamin (Bzpda) ligandına yine etanolde çözülmüş 2-hidroksibenzaldehit, 2,4-
dihidroksibenzaldehit ve 2,5-dihidroksibenzaldehit kondenzasyon reaksiyonu ile benzimidazol içerikli
Schiff bazları N,N'-(4-(1H-benzimidazol)-1,2-fenilen)bis(2-hidroksi-1-fenilmetanimin)/ N,N'-(4-(1Hbenzimidazol)-1,2-fenilen)bis(2,4-dihidroksi-1-fenilmetanimin)/ N,N'-(4-(1H-benzimidazol)-1,2-fenilen)
bis(2,5-dihidroksi-1-fenilmetanimin (Bzpda2/Bzpda24/Bzpda25) elde edildi. Daha sonra elde ettiğimiz
ligandlar ile bazı geçiş metal kompleksleri sentezlendi.
Sonuç olarak, bir adet benzimidazol bileşiği, üç farklı ligand ve bu üç ligandın Co(II), Ni(II) ve
Cu(II) kompleksleri elde edildi. Daha sonra bileşiklerin elementel analizleri, FT-IR, 1H-NMR ve
manyetik süssebtibilite ölçümleri alınarak yapıları aydınlatıldı.
In this study, 3,4-diaminobenzoic acid was used as starting materials, by using the methods given in the literature 4-(1H-benzimidazole)benzene-1,2-diamine (Bpzda) was obtained by reacting with 1,2- phenyldenediamine under acid catalysis. Benzimidazole-Schiff bases containing N'-(4-(1H benzimidazole)-1,2-phenylene)bis(2-hydroxy-1-phenylmethanimine)/ N,N'-(4-(1H-benzimidazole)-1,2- phenylene)bis(2,4-dihydroxy-1-phenylmethanimine)/ N,N'-(4-(1H-benzimidazole)-1,2-phenylene)bis(2,5- dihydroxy-1-phenylmethanimine) (Bzpda2/Bzpda24/Bzpda25) were obtained by condensation reaction of 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and 2,5-dihydroxybenzaldehyde to 4-(1H benzimidazole)benzene-1,2-diamine (Bzpda) ligand dissolved in ethanol. Later complexes were synthesized with the ligands we obtained. In conclusion, one benzimidazole compound, three different ligands and fractions of these three ligands Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) were obtained. Then, their structures were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR and magnetic susceptibility measurements.
