dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, farklı yaş gruplarından çocuklarda hepatit A ve hepatit E prevalansı araştırıldı. Çalışma için sarılık dışı nedenlerle hastaneye getirilen yaşları 1-15 arasında değişen toplam 162 çocuktan serum örnekleri alındı. Bu serumlarda anti-HAV ve anti-HEV antikorları, ELISA yöntemi ile araştırıldı. Bölgede genelde anti-HAV ve anti-HEV pozitifliği sırası ile %95.0 ve %12.3 olarak bulundu.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the prevalence of hepatitis A virus (HAV) and hepatitis E virus (HEV) among children aged 1-15 years, living in Konya was investigated. Serum samples were drawn from 162 children admitted for complaints other than jaundice. Anti-HAV (antibodies against hepatitis A virus) and anti-HEV (antibodies against hepatitis E virus) were studied by EIA. The general prevalence of anti-HAV was 95.0 percent and of anti-HEV was 12.3 percent, respectively.en_US
