dc.description.abstractBu araştırma, sıfır faizli sözleşmeli besicilik kredi uygulaması kapsamında, A.Ü. Veteriner Fakültesi Eğitim Uygulama ve Araştırma Çiftliği açık ve kapalı besi ünitelerinde, optimal besi süresinin tayini ve işletme sonuçlarının ekonomik yönden değerlendirilmesi amacı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın materyalini 12 baş Limuzin X Jersey melezi, 32 baş holştayn ırkı olmak üzere toplam 44 baş erkek sığır oluşturmuştur. I. gruptaki LXJ melezi hayvanlar açık besiye, holştayn ırkı hayvanlar ise kapalı besiye tabi tutulmuşlardır. Gruplarda günlük canlı ağırlık artışları sırasıyla 1193 ve 1150 g, 1 kg canlı ağırlık artışı için tüketilen kuru madde miktarları ise sırasıyla; 7.24 ve 9.40 kg olarak, sıcak karkas randımanları ise sırası ile %56.63 ve %56.16 olarak tesbit edilmiştir. Gruplarda besi faaliyeti I. grupta 133, II. grupta ise 147 gün devam etmiştir. Araştırmada her iki grupta da optimal besi süresi 84-98. günler arasında gerçekleşmiştir. Optimal besi süresi yem, işçilik, kredi vb. gibi faktörler ve canlı ağırlık artışı veya et fiyatlarına göre uzayıp kısalabilir. Elde edilen besi gelirlerinin, 1. grupta %80.81'i ağırlık marjından, %19.19'u ise fiyat marjından, II. grupta ise bu değerler sırasıyla %75.75 ve %24.25 olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Rantabilite analiz sonuçlan; ekonomik rantabilite, gruplarda sırası ile %36.79, %58.12; mali rantabilite ise %15.76 ve %20.13 bulunmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study was carried out to investigate the optimal fattening period and the analysis of the fattening process in the open and closed fattening units of research and application farm of A.Ü. Veterinary Faculty within a framework of the inter estless credit for fattening enterprises. A total of 44 male cattle were allocated in two gropus. The first group consist of 12 Limousin X Jersey cross-breeds and second that of 32 Holstein. LXJ cross-breed were subjected to open fattening while the Holstein breeds to the closed fattening. Overall daily weight gains in two groups were found to be 1193 and 1150 g, the average dry matter intake per kg weight gain were 7.24 and 9.40 kg and average hot dressing percentages were 56.63 and 56.61, respectively. The amounts of fattening material, feed, labour and Veterinary services in the total cost were estimated to be 65.7 %, 23.07 %, 9.43%, and 1.8%. Average fattening periods in the groups were 133 days for the first group and 147 days for the second. In this study, the optimal fattening period was found between the days 84 and 98. The optimal fattening period is related to feed, labour, credit, beef prices and daily weight gain. The output from this fattening process were consisted of 80.81% from the weight margins and 19.19% from the price margins. Those ratios for the second group were 75.75% and 25.25%, respectively. The result of rantability analysis: the economical rantability two groups were 36.75% in the first group and 58.12% in the second and financial rantability ratios were found 15.76% and 20.13%.en_US
