Özet
Türkiye'de çok sayıda yabancı kökenli patates çeşidinin üretimi yapılmaktadır. Fakat yerli patates çeşitlerimiz ulusal ve yaygın ticari üretimi yapılan alanlarda henüz istenilen seviyelere ulaşamamıştır. Bu çalışma 2018 yılında (SÜ Ziraat Fakültesi Prof. Dr. Abdulkadir AKÇİN deneme tarlasında) yürütülmüştür. Çalışma uzun yıllardır seleksiyon ile seçilen klonlardan tescile aday olanların belirlenmesinin son aşamasıdır. Bu çalışmada 16 klon (AfAg 8, AfAg 11, AfAg12, AfAg 15, AfHe 7, AfHe 11, AfHe 12 ,HeAf 4, HeAf 5, HeAf 11, PoAf 9, GrAf 6, GrAf 15, AfK 3, AfK 5, MK 2) ve 7 standart çeşit (Russet Burbank , Challenger , Lady Olympia , Agria , Jelly , Madeleine , Scarlet) Konya ekolojik koşullarında 2018 yılı içerisinde 3 tekerrür olarak denemeye alınmıştır. Araştırmada bitki boyu değerleri 28,5cm (AfHe12) 77,5cm (AfHe7), ortalama yumru ağırlığı değerleri 139,6 g (AfHe12) ile 291,5 g (Russet Burbank), yumru verimi 917 kg/da (AfHe12) 4657,1 kg/da (Agria) genotiplerin soyma randımanı %80,8(GrAf 6) %87,2 (MK 2) kuru madde oranları %15,7 g (AfAg 15 ) %26,3 g(Scarlet) kızartma randımanı %58,3 (Scarlet) %70,9 (AfAg12) arasında değişiklik göstermiştir.
The production of a large number of foreign origin varieties of potatoes are made in Turkey. However, our domestic potato varieties have not yet reached the desired levels in the national and widespread commercial production areas. This study was carried out in 2018 at the Faculty of Agriculture of (SU. Dr. Abdulkadir AKÇİN was carried out in the experimental) field. The study is the last stage of the identification of the clones selected by selection for long years. In this study, 16 clones (AfAg 8, AfAg 11, AfAg12, AfAg 15, AfHe 7, AfHe 11, AfHe 12, HeAf 4, HeAf 5, HeAf 11, PoAf 9, GrAf 6, GrAf 15, AfK 3, AfK 5, MK 2) and 7 standard varieties (Russet Burbank, Challenger, Lady Olympia, Agria, Jelly, Madeleine, Scarlet) were tested in Konya ecological conditions as 3 replications in 2018. Plant height values 28.5cm (AfHe12) 77.5cm (AfHe7), average tuber weight values 139.6 g (AfHe12) 291.5 g (Russet Burbank), tuber yield 917 kg / da (AfHe12) 4657 , 1 kg / da (Agria) genotypes peeling efficiency 80.8% (GrAf 6) 87.2% (MK 2) dry matter rates 15.7% (AfAg 15) 26.3% (Scarlet) frying yield ranged from 58.3% (Scarlet) to 70.9% (AfAg12).
