| dc.description.abstract | Geçmişten günümüze evrilerek gelen para kavramı ticari ve teknolojik gelişmelerle birlikte değişime uğramaktadır. Paranın dijitalleşmeye yöneldiği şu dönemde ise karşımıza kripto paralar çıkmaktadır. Tanınırlığının artması ile iyice yaygınlaşan kripto paraların bu yüzden incelenmesi önemlidir. Bu açıdan bakıldığında çalışmada; para kavramının teorik çerçevesini incelemek, kripto paralara yönelik literatürdeki araştırmalar çerçevesinde kripto para ekosistemini teorik olarak ele almak, dünyadaki bazı ülkeler ve uluslararası kurumlar ile Türkiye'nin yaklaşımlarına bakılarak finansal durumunun ortaya koyulması amaçlanmıştır. | en_US |
