| dc.description.abstract | Şer'iye sicilleri, Osmanlı Devleti'nin merkez ve taşrada uyguladığı sosyal, siyasi ve içtimaî politikaları görmek ve bölgelerdeki insan ilişkilerine şahit olmak için en uygun kaynaklardan biridir. Bu nedenle siciller tarih, hukuk ve birçok alana ana kaynak olma özelliğini göstermektedir. 1097-1098 (1686-1687) yıllarını kapsayan 31 Numaralı Konya Şer'iye Sicilinde 716 adet belge bulunmaktadır. Belgeler içerisinde fermanlar, beratlar, buyuruldular, nafaka, hırsızlık ve darp davaları bulunmakla sicilde miras davaları, mülk satışları ve vasi tayini gibi belgeler yoğunluk göstermektedir. 31 numaralı sicil giriş ve metin kısımlarından oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde defterdeki belgeler konularına göre tasnif edilerek belge türleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Metin kısmında ise belgeler transkript edilerek hicri tarihler miladiye çevrilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The Shari'a court Register is one of the most appropriate sources to understand the social, political issues implemented by the Ottoman Empire in the central and provinces and to witness the human relations in the regions. Therefore, registers are main sources for the many fields such as history, law. Konya Shari'a register numbered 31 which dated between 1097-1098 (1686-1687, c.e). includes 716 documents. A large part of these documents are related to inheritance cases, property sales, appointment of guardianship. In addition to these, there are imperial edicts, licenses, decrees and the documents about the cases of alimony, robbery and pound in register. This register consists of an introduction and tex parts. In the introduction, the documents in the register were classified according to their contents and given information about their types. In the text section, the documents were transcribed and dates in hijri calendar were converted to the Common Era. | en_US |
