Özet
Günümüzde bilgi, önemini ve etkisini gerek kullanım alanlarında gerekse iş yapma biçimlerindeki değişimlerle her geçen gün daha fazla hissettirmektedir. Bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinde yaşanan bu gelişmelerle teknoloji etkileşiminin dünya genelinde büyük bir hız kazanmaya başladığı görülmektedir. Yapılan bu çalışma beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde yapılan çalışmanın önemi, amacı, yöntemi ve çalışmanın planı hakkında bilgiler bulunmaktadır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde, öncelikli olarak bilgi toplumu, bilgi teknolojileri, bilişim sistemleri, bilişim sektörü ve özellikleri olmak üzere, konu ile ilgili yaklaşımlar da incelenmektedir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde, teknoloji kavramı, önemi ve kullanımına değinildikten sonra, teknolojinin işletmeler tarafından kullanılması ve yönetimi üzerinde durulacaktır. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde, sağlık endüstrisinde bilgi, bilgi yönetimi, sağlık bakım hizmetlerinde teknoloji uygulamaları ve bilgi sistemleri ile ilişkili kullanım alanları ortaya konacaktır. Çalışmanın dördüncü bölümünde, ilk olarak, hastanelerde hizmet ve kalite anlayışına bakılacak; daha sonra da sağlık bilgi teknolojileri ve kalite kavramları incelenerek ulusal sağlık sistemleri, akreditasyon kavramı ve akreditasyon süreçleri üzerinde durulacaktır. Çalışmanın beşinci bölümünde ise; bilişim teknolojileri ve teknoloji uygulamaları genel çerçevesinde, hastanelerde çalışan idari personel ve sağlık personelinin mevcut durum değerlendirmesi ve buna yönelik çalışmaların etkisi incelenmeye çalışılacaktır. Çalışmanın sonuç ve değerlendirme bölümünde de inceleme ve uygulama bulguları doğrultusunda değerlendirmeler yapılmakta ve gelecekte yapılacak çalışmalara yönelik önerilere yer verilmektedir.
The significance and the influence of information is increasingly felt nowadays by the changes both in its area of usage and in the style of doing a job. Basing on the above mentioned descriptions, the prior aim of the study is to analyze the use of the improvements, related to information technologies and technology management, in the hospitals that have an important place in the health system of our country and to reveal the current situation as well. The study consists of five chapters. The significance of the study, the aim, the method and the informations about the plan of the study take place in the introduction part. Principally information society, information technologies, information systems, information industry and its qualifications and after the approaches about the subject are examined in the first chapter. After referring to the concept, significance and use of technology, its use and management by the business enterprises will be mentioned in the second chapter. Information in the health industry, information management, technology applications in health care industries and the usage areas concerning the information systems will be introduced in the third part of the study. Principally, the service and the understanding of quality in the hospitals will be studied and after examining the concepts of health information technology and quality, national health systems, the concept of accreditation and its processes will be emphasized in the fourth chapter. In the general framework of information technologies an technology famework, the assesment of the current situations of the administrative and health personnel and the effects of the studies related to it will be tried to be examined in the fifth chapter. The evaluations will be carried out in accordance with the findings of investigation and application; moreover, the suggestions for further researches take place in the conclusion and assesment part of the study.
