Özet
Bu çalışmada Manavgat sahil şeridinde yer alan dört adet beş yıldızlı otellerin yatak odaları incelenmiştir. Bu otellere ait yatak odalarının mekân standartları açısından değerlendirmeleri yapılmıştır. Araştırma verileri, amaca uygun olarak hazırlanan ve her yıl yapılan anket sonuçlarına göre değerlendirilmiştir. Otellerde yer alan oda tipleri incelenmiştir. Her odaya ait form düzenlenmiş olup; odaların mekânsal bileşenleri, ince yapı bileşenleri, donatı bileşenleri ve dış mekân bağlantısı balkonlar hakkında bilgiler tablolar üzerinde belirtilmiştir. Ayrıca incelenen otellerin yatak odalarının yerleşim planları çizilmiş, fotoğrafları çekilmiştir. Otel yetkilisi ile görüşmeler yapılarak tesis hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiştir. Grand Artside otel ve Kumköy Beach otel standart ve aile odalarından oluşurken, diğer oteller standart, aile ve suit odalarından oluşmaktadır. Yapılan incelemeler sonucunda; incelenen otellerin standart odalarında gerek alan gerekse de donatı elemanları açısından estetik değerler dışında ciddi bir fark bulunmamaktadır. Adayla resort & SPA otel 26.80 metrekare, Royal Dragon otel 27.40 metrekare, Grand Artside otel 26.60 metrekare, Kumköy Beach Resort Otel& SPA otel 29.45 metrekare olan oda büyüklükleri ile hem ulusal hem de uluslararası alan standartları açısından uygun bulunmuştur.
In this study, four of the five-star hotels in Manavgat coast were bedrooms. These hotels were analyzed in terms of space standards of the bedrooms. The data prepared in accordance with the purpose and the results were evaluated according to a survey every year. Book of the types of rooms are investigated. Each room is arranged by form, the spatial components of the rooms, the fine structure components, equipment components and outdoor access information about the balconies are on the tables. Also reviewed hotels bedrooms are drawn layout plans, photos were taken. The hotel has general information about the facility through interviews with officials. Grand Artside hotel and Kumkoy Beach hotel consists of standard and family rooms, standard hotels, family rooms and suites are composed. As a result of the investigation, examined the standard rooms in hotels and the reinforcing elements both in terms of aesthetic values, there is no serious difference. 26.80 square meters Adalya resort & spa hotel, the Royal Dragon Hotel 27.40 square meters, the hotel is the Grand Artside 26.60 square meters, Kumkoy Beach Resort Hotel & Spa hotel room size of 29.45-square-meters space with both national and international standards were appropriate for.
