| dc.description.abstract | Sağlık hizmetlerinin insan yaşamını doğrudan ilgilendirmesi ve sunulacak hizmetin en yüksek kalitede, hatasız olması gerekliliği nedeniyle hemşirelerin profesyonellik davranışlarının yüksek düzeyde olması beklenir. Hizmet sunanların mesleklerinden kaynaklı veya kişisel olarak yaşayacakları tükenmişlik sendromları personel verimini ve hizmet kalitesini düşürebilecek sorunlardandır. Bu çalışma, hemşirelerin profesyonellik Durumu ve tükenmişlik düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Şarkikaraağaç ve Yalvaç ilçelerindeki kamu sağlık kuruluşlarında görev yapan hemşireler oluşturmuştur. Örneklem seçimi yapılmayıp hepsine ulaşılması hedeflenmiş, ancak evrenin %80,00'ine ulaşılması yeterli kabul edilmiştir. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak üç bölümden oluşan anket formu kullanılmıştır. Anket formunun birinci bölümünde kişisel bilgi formu, ikinci bölümünde Profesyonel Davranış Değerlendirme Envanteri (HPDE), üçüncü bölümünde Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği yer almaktadır. Araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin en yüksek düzeyde profesyonel davranışı teori; en düşük düzeydeki profesyonel davranışlar ise yayın, hemşirelik kodları ve araştırma olarak tespit edilmiştir. Hemşirelerin profesyonel davranış toplam puan ortalaması ise oldukça düşük düzeyde bulunmuştur. Araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin genel olarak tükenmişlik ve alt boyut puanlarının düşük düzeyde olduğu bulgusu elde edilmiştir. Profesyonellik davranışlarının cinsiyet, görev, görev yapılan birim, öğrenim düzeyi, bulunduğu görevdeki çalışma süresi ve kurumda ek görev alma değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği bulguları elde edilmiştir. Tükenmişlik düzeyinin görev yapılan birim, kurum türü, medeni durum, sürekli ilaç kullanılan hastalık durumu, mesleği isteyerek seçme durumuna göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği bulguları elde edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada profesyonellik davranışları ile tükenmişlik arasında genel anlamda ilişki olmadığı tespit edilmekle birlikte hemşirelerin toplumsal hizmet sunma ve yeterlilik ve sürekli eğitim davranışları ile duygusal tükenmişlikleri arasındayapılan regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre hemşirelerin yeterlilik ve sürekli eğitiminin duygusal tükenmişliğin negatif yönlü anlamlı yordayıcısı olduğu bulgusu elde edilmiştir. Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda; hemşirelerin profesyonellik davranışlarının yükseltilmesi, tükenmişlik sendromunun önüne geçilebilmesi amacıyla tükenmişliğe neden olan faktörlerin kurum ve yöneticiler tarafından belirli periyotlarla gözlenmesi ve her iki durum için gerekli tedbirlerin zamanında alınması önerilmektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Health care is related directly to the human life and the necessity of the highest quality and error-free of service to be offered, therefore healthcare professionals should be expected to have a high level of professionalism.These are burnout syndromes problems that can reduce staff efficiency and service quality from the professions of nurses or they will live personally. This study was conducted as a descriptive study to determine the level of professionalism and burnout of nurses. The universe of the research was formed by the nurses working in public health institutions in Şarkikaraağaç and Yalvaç districts. It is aimed to achieve all but the selection of the sample, but it is considered sufficient to reach 80,00% of the universe. It is a data collection tool that consists of three parts.In the first part of the questionnaire is the personal information form, in the second part is the Professional Behavior Evaluation Inventory (HPDE) and in the third part is the Maslach Burnout Scale. The highest professionalism behavior belongs to the theory dimension; while the lowest level of professional behavior was identified as publication, nursing codes and research.The average score of professional behavior of nurseswas found to be quite low.It was found to be low total burnout and subscale scores of nurses. There are significant differences according to gender,duty, duty unit, education level, the duration of the duty, take on additional roles in the organization variables. It was found that the burnout level showed significant differences according to the duty unit, institution type, marital status, continuous drug use disease status, occupational choice status. In this study, it was determined that there was no general relationship between professionalism and burnout, but negative correlation was found between social service provision and competence and continuous education behaviors and emotional burnout for nurses professional. According to the results of regression analysis, it was found that qualification and continuous education were negative predictors of emotional exhaustion at nurses professional. In line with these results, it is recommended to follow up the factors causing burnoutand taking the necessary precautions in time for raising the professionalism behavior and to prevent the burnout syndrome of nurses by administrators. | en_US |
