| dc.description.abstract | Ivra yönteminde kullanılan damarların makroanatomisini göstererek ivra uygulayıcılarına rehberlik etmek amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla ayak damarlarını görünür hale getirmek için ayak damarlarına renklendirilmiş sıvı latex verilerek diseksiyon çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Kullanılan diseksiyon materyallerinden 3 tanesi üzerine şeffaf epoksi reçine sürülerek kalıcı hale getirilmiştir. Uzun süreli gerçeğe yakın görünümde eğitim materyali olarak kullanımı amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada Konya Ereğli Akşeker Et Entegre Tesisinde kesilen Sığırdan (1, 5; 2, 5 yaşlı) temin edilmiştir. 15 adet sığır ön ayağı ve 15 adet sığır arka ayağı kesimden hemen sonra alındı. Hayvanların yaşları Tarım ve Orman Bakanlığı küpe sorgulama sistemi üzerinden doğum tarihleri belirlendi. Elde edilen materyaller yıkandı. Ayak materyallerinin bilek eklemi seviyesindeki damarları izotonik tuzlu su ile temizlendikten sonra arterlere kırmızı çini mürekkebi ile renklendirilmiş latex, venalara ise mavi çini mürekkebi ile renklendirilmiş latex enjekte edildi. Damar içerisindeki latex sıvısının katılaşması için 48 saat beklendi ve diseksiyon işlemine başlandı. Venalar ve yakınındaki anatomik yapılar fotoğraf makinası ile görüntülendi. Ön ayağın dorsalinde v. dig. dorsalis com. III, a. antebrachialis superficialis cranialis’in lateral bitişiğinde metacarpus’un proximo–medialinde n. radialis’in superficial dalı ile deri arasında interdigital aralığa doğru indiği gözlendi. v. digitalis dorsalis com. III proximal olarak kalp yönünde ilerleyerek v. cephalica accessoria adını alır. V. digitalis dorsalis com. III aynı isimli sinir ile art. interphalangea proximalis manus düzeyinde v. digitalis dorsalis propria III ve v. digitalis dorsalis propria IV adını aldığı tespit edildi. Ön ayağın palmarında mahmuzların bilateral kenarında v. dig. palmaris com. II ve v. dig. palmaris com. IV belirlendi. Arka ayaklarda ise pratikte dorsal olarak v. saphena lateralis’in cranial dalı, plantar olarak ise mahmuzların önünde v. dig. plantaris com. II, v. dig. plantaris com. IV tespit edildi. Ayak materyallerine transversal kesitler yapıldı. Elde edilen kesit görüntüler diğer resimlerle beraber IVRA görüntüleri zenginleştirildi. Tüm bu resimler IVRA uygulayıcıları için yol gösterici bir rehber olduğu düşünülmektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | It is aimed to guide IVRA practitioners by showing the macroanatomy of the vessels used in the IVRA method. For this purpose, dissection studies were carried out by giving colored liquid latex to the foot veins to make the foot veins visible. Three of the dissection materials used were made permanent by applying transparent epoxy resin. It is intended to be used as a training material with a long-term realistic appearance. In the research, it was obtained from cattle (1, 5, 2, 5 years old) slaughtered in Konya Ereğli Akşeker Meat Integrated Plant. 15 cattle forelegs and 15 cattle hind legs were taken immediately after slaughter. The ages of the animals were determined through the earrings inquiry system of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The resulting materials were washed. After the veins of the foot materials at the ankle joint level were cleaned with isotonic saline, latex colored with red china ink was injected into the arteries, and latex colored with blue china ink was injected into the veins. It was waited for 48 hours for the latex fluid in the vein to solidify and the dissection process was started. Venas and nearby anatomical structures were imaged with a camera. It was observed that v. dig. dorsalis com. III on the dorsal of the forefoot descended towards the interdigital space between the superficial branch of the n.radialis and the skin in the proximo–medial of the metacarpus, lateral adjacent to the a. antebrachialis superficialis cranialis. V. digitalis dorsalis com. III proceeds proximally in the direction of the heart and takes the name v. cephalica accessoria. It was determined that v. digitalis dorsalis com. III was named v. digitalis dorsalis propria III and v. digitalis dorsalis propria IV at the art. interphalangea proximalis manus level with the nerve of the same name. V. dig. palmaris com. II and v. dig. palmaris com. IV were identified on the palmar of the forefoot at the bilateral edge of the spurs. In the hind legs, in practice, the cranial branch of the vsaphenalateralis dorsally, and the v. dig. plantaris com. II, v. dig. plantaris com. IV was detected. Transversal sections were made on the foot materials. The obtained cross-sectional images were enriched with other images along with IVRA images.All these pictures are considered to be a guiding guide for IVRA practitioners. | en_US |
