dc.description.abstractAmaç: Ülkemizde zehirli mantarların yenmesi sonucu ölüm oranı çok yüksektir. Tedavide hemoperfüzyon ve plazmaferezin birlikte kullanımı konusunda yeterli veri yoktur. Olgu sunumu: Yirmidört yaşında, geçmişinde her hangi bir rahatsızlığı olmayan ve ilaç kullanmayan hasta, yedi gün önce mantar yeme hikayesi ve bulantı, kusma, tüm vücutta ve gözlerinde sararma, bilinç bulanıklığı şikayetleriyle acil servisimize başvurdu. Hasta mantar zehirlenmesine bağlı akut böbrek yetmezliği ve karaciğer yetmezliği olarak değerlendirildi. Hastaya bir kez hemoperfüzyon ve beş kez plazmaferez, taze donmuş plazma desteği ile yapıldı. Sonuç: Mantar zehirlenmesi yüksek mortalitesinden dolayı, hemoperfüzyon ve plazmaferez tedavisi şansının, bu hastalar için göz ardı edilmemesi gerektiği düşüncesindeyiz.en_US
dc.description.abstractObjective: Mortality rate due to mushroom poisoning is very high in our country. There is not enough data about co-treatment of hemoperfusion and plasmapheresis. Case report: A patient aged 24 yrs came to our emergency department with nausea, vomiting, jaundice and confusion and there was mushroom digestion history 7 days ago. He has not got any disease and drug taking history. Patient was evaluated as acute renal and liver failure due to mushroom poisoning. One time hemoperfusion and five times plasmapheresis and supplementation of fresh plasma were applied to the patient. Conclusion: Because of high mortality rate of mushroom poisoning, we should give chance of co-treatment with hemoperfusion and plasmapheresis to these patients.en_US
