| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Fabaceae familyasına ait Astragalus turkmenensis Dural, O. Tugay & Ertugrul (Türkmen geveni)'in morfolojisi ve anatomisi araştırılmıştır. A. turkmenensis Orta Anadolu'dan (Konya, Karapınar, Hotamış bölgesi) sadece tip lokalitesinden bilinen endemik bir bitkidir ve İran-Turan elementidir. Bu tür, Dünya Koruma Örgütü (IUCN) kategorilerine göre kritik (CR) olarak sınıflandırılmıştır. A. turkmenensis'in kök, gövde, yaprak, çiçek, meyve ve tohum anatomileri incelenmiştir. Değerlendirme sonucunda, A. turkmenensis'in anatomik özellikleri Papilionoideae alt familyasındaki türlerin anatomik özellikleri (Kökte fellem hücrelerinin kalınlaşmış olması ve parankima hücrelerinin arasında sklerenkima hücrelerinin kümeler oluşturması) ile örtüşmektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, morphology and anatomy of Astragalus turkmenensis Dural, O. Tugay & Ertugrul (Türkmen geveni), belonging to Fabaceae were investigated. A. turkmenensis is an endemic species known only from the type gathering in Central Anatolia (Konya, Karapınar, Hotamış province), and it is the Irano-Turanian element. This species is classified as critically endangered (CR) according to the World Conservation Union (IUCN) categories. The anatomy of the root, stem, leaf, flower, fruit and the seed of A. turkmenensis were studied. As a result of the examination, anatmical characteristics of the A. turkmenensis are overlapped with anatmical characteristics (to be improved thickness of the phellem cells at the root and to form clusters the sclerenchyma cells among the parenchyma cells) of species in subfam.
