20-32 Yaş Arası Kadınlarda Vücut Şeklinin Belirlenmesine Yönelik Bir Model Önerisi

Özet
Araştırmada amaç, kadın giysilerinde vücuda ideal uyumu sağlayacak kalıpların
geliştirilmesine katkıda bulunmak üzere; 20-32 yaş arasındaki kadınların vücut
ölçülerinin dağılımlarının belirlenmesi ve vücut bölümlerine göre vücut şekillerinin
belirlenmesi ve sınıflandırılmasında faydalanılacak bir yöntemin geliştirilmesidir. Ayrıca
vücut bölümlerine göre vücut şekillerinin belirlenmesinde kullanılan yöntemlerin
karşılaştırılması, çeşitli antropometrik verilerin kullanılmasıyla vücut şekillerinin
tahminlenmesi, bölümlerine göre belirlenen vücut şeklinin birbiri arasındaki dağılım ve
ilişkinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni Konya ilinde yaşayan 20-32 yaş arasında, 154-170 cm boy
ölçüsünde, 50-70 kg arasında ağırlığa sahip kadınlardır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, evren
içerisinden tesadüfi yöntemle belirlenen 1.024 kadındır.
Vücut ölçülerinin tespit edilmesinde elde ölçme yöntemi; vücut şeklinin tespit
edilmesinde grafiksel somatografi ile fotoğraflama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin
analiz edilmesinde SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) programı 22.0
versiyonu kullanılmış olup vücut şeklinin tahminlenebilmesi amacıyla çokterimli lojistik
regresyon analizi yapılmıştır.
Tez araştırması sonucunda; grafiksel somatografi yönteminin, vücut şeklinin ortaya
çıkartılmasında etkili bir yöntem olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Vücut şeklinin
belirlenmesinde kullanılan çokterimli lojistik regresyon tahminleme analizine göre
antropometrik ölçü ve verilerin bazılarının vücut şekli ile ilişkili olduğu, ancak vücut
şeklini tahminlemede tek başına yeterli olmadığı saptanmıştır. Vücut şeklinin
belirlenmesinde bilimsel bir metodolojinin kullanıldığı araştırma, giysilerde vücuda tam
uyumun sağlanabilmesi için vücut şekillerine uygun modellerin tasarlanması ve kalıpların
hazırlanmasına katkı sağlaması açısından önem taşımaktadır.
The aim of the research is to determine the distribution of body measurements of women between the ages of 20-32 and to develop a method to be used in determining and classifying body shapes according to body parts in order to contribute to the development of patterns that will provide ideal fit to the body in women's clothing. In addition, it was aimed to compare the methods used in determining body shapes according to body parts, to estimate body shapes by using various anthropometric data, to determine the distribution and relationship between body shapes determined according to body parts. The population of the study consisted of women between the ages of 20-32, 154- 170 cm in height and 50-70 kg in weight living in Konya province. The sample of the study was 1,024 women randomly selected from the population. Hand measurement method was used to determine body measurements; graphical somatography and photography method were used to determine body shape. SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) program version 22.0 was used to analyze the data and multinomial logistic regression analysis was performed to predict body shape. As a result of the thesis research; it was concluded that the graphical somatography method is an effective method for revealing body shape. According to the multinomial logistic regression estimation analysis used in the determination of body shape, it was found that some of the anthropometric measurements and data were related to body shape, but they were not sufficient alone to predict body shape. The research, in which a scientific methodology is used to determine the body shape, is important in terms of contributing to the design of models suitable for body shapes and the preparation of patterns in order to ensure full body fit in clothing.
