Özet
Lenfanjiomlar lenfatik sistemin benign proliferasyonlarıdır; endotelle çevrili dilate lenf kanallarından oluşan yüzeyel bir vasküler malformasyondur. Lenfanjioma sirkumskriptum (LC), kutanözlen fanjiomların en sık görülen tipidir. Doğumda veya erişkin yaşta ortaya
çıkabilir. En fazla görülen lokalizasyonlar aksilla, oral kavite, üst ekstremiteler, omuzlar, kasık, makat gibi lenfatik akımın yoğun olduğu
bölgelerdir. Skrotum oldukça nadir görülen yerleşim yerlerinden biridir. Burada yaklaşık 2 yıl önce skrotumda şikayetleri başlayan,
kronik hepatit B taşıyıcısı, klinik ve histopatolojik inceleme sonunda lenfanjioma sirkumskriptum tanısı alan 22 yaşında bir erkek hasta
sunulmaktadır. Olgunun bu nadir duruma dikkati çekmek ve gereksiz tedavileri önlemek amacıyla sunulması uygun bulunmuştur.
Lymphangiomas are benign proliferations of the lymphatic system and superficial vascularmal formationof lymphatic channel swhich is lined by endothelium. Lymphangioma circumscriptum(LC), is the most common form of cutaneous lymphangioma. It can be enabled congenital or adult period. The most common localizations are the proximal parts of limbs, oral cavity, axilla, shoulders, groin, buttocks which contains extensive lymphatic network. Scrotal involvement is very rare. Here a 22-year-old male patient who's complaints started on scrotum about two years ago, chronic hepatitis B carrier, lymphangioma circumscriptum diagnosed last clinical and histopathological examination is presented. In order to draw attention to this rare situation and to prevent over treatment, we planned to present this case.
