Avrupa Birliği’ne Aday ve Potansiyel Aday Ülkelerin Refah Düzeyine Göre İncelenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı 2015-2021 yılları arasında Avrupa Birliği’ne aday (Sırbistan, Kuzey Makedonya, Karadağ, Arnavutluk ve Türkiye) ve potansiyel aday ülkelerin (Bosna Hersek) refah düzeyi açısından karşılaştırılmasıdır. Bu amacı gerçekleştirmek için Legatum Enstitüsü tarafından hazırlanan Legatum Refah Endeksi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, aday ülke Karadağ’ın daha iyi bir performans gösterdiği ortaya çıkmıştır. Türkiye’nin refah endeksi ve diğer pek çok boyut sıralamasında diğer ülkelere kıyasla geride kaldığı görülmüştür.
The main purpose of this study is to compare the candidate (Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania and Turkey) and potential candidate countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina) for the European Union in terms of welfare level between 2015-2021. To achieve this goal, The Legatum Welfare Index prepared by the Legatum Institute was used. According to the results obtained, it was revealed that the candidate country Montenegro performed better. It has been observed that Turkey lags behind other countries in the prosperity index and many other dimension rankings.
