Özet
Tulip festivals or ceragans in Ottoman period underlie the sense of elite and government-centric entertainment which is identified with Sultan Ahmed III and Grand Vizier Ibrahim Pasha and even give its name to a period of time (Tulip Age). Turkish Literature has always needed a self- contained study about tulip festivals. It is needed to accept that Neslihan Ko double dagger Keskin's book which she presented to become an associate professor is a big step forward for the field. The author analyzes all ceragans very deeply and elaborately. In addition, she has an important idea about that ceraganiye can be thought of as a new literary genre.
