dc.description.abstractDiabetic muscular necrosis (DMN) is an uncommon complication of long standing uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. The most frequent region of the body that is affected by DMN is lower extremity. Our patient, a 72 years old male patient with DMN on right thigh is the only case that has been reported in the literature of the isolated diabetic sartorius muscle necrosis. © 2007 Diabetes India.en_US
