Türk Giysi Kültürü ve Türkiye'de Moda Müzeciliğine Bakış

Özet
ÖZ Türk giyim kültürü, zengin ve çeşitli yöresel kıyafetler, dokumalar ile zengin bir kültürel miras taşımaktadır. Orta Asya’dan süzülüp gelen sanat ve giyim gelenekleri, Büyük Selçuklulara, Anadolu Selçuklularına ve Osmanlı İmparatorluğuna kadar uzanıp gelmiştir. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'ndan Cumhuriyet Türkiye’sine uzanan yolculukta, inkılaplar yapılmış, cumhuriyet modaları oluşmuştur. Çalışmada, Türklerin giyim kültürü ve modası üzerinde durulmuştur. Türk giyim tarihine dair ana hatlarıyla yapılan bu okumada, Türk dokuma ve giysilerinin değerine, zenginliğine, Avrupa’da ve dünyanın farklı coğrafyalarında yarattığı etkiye ve modalara, dolayısıyla önemine ve bu öneme istinaden bir kültürel miras olarak moda müzelerinde yer alma gerekliliğine değinilmiştir. Çalışmada, yazarın 2018-2023 yılları arasında Türkiye’nin farklı kentlerinde etnoğrafya, tarih, kent vb. müzelerinde, kurum ve etkinliklerde düzenlenen, giysi ve moda sergileri, yerinde ziyaretler ile içeriksel ve mekânsal olarak gözlem ve saptama çalışmaları ile izlenmiştir. Literatür taraması ile giysi ve moda sergileri, dokümanları araştırılarak bilgi toplanmış, betimsel araştırma ile çalışma verileri değerlendirilmiş, giysi ve moda sergileri içeriksel ve mekânsal olarak sınıflandırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, sergilenmeye değer kültürel miras olan müze nesnesi dokumalar, aksesuarlar ve giysiler, yitirilmeden, yeni müzecilik çerçevesinde, sanal ortamda da içeriğiyle ve bilgi paylaşımıyla etkin olan Türk giyim tarihine ilişkin kronolojinin izleriyle ve sürekliliğiyle okunabilen, zengin müze deneyimi yaşatan, giysi, moda ve tekstil tarihi müzeleri tasarlanmalıdır.
ABSTRACT Turkish clothing has a rich cultural heritage that is reflected in the variety and wealth of the local textiles and clothing. TheGreat Seljuks, Anatolian Seljuks, and the Ottoman Empire all adopted Central Asian art and dress customs. Reforms wereimplemented along the way, and republican trends emerged as Turkey transitioned from the Ottoman Empire to the Republic ofTurkey. The study focuses on the clothing culture and fashion of Turks. The value and wealth of Turkish weaving and clothing,the impact it has had on Europe and other parts of the world, and the fashion, therefore its importance, and the necessity oftaking place in fashion museums as a cultural heritage based on this importance are mentioned in this reading, which is made withthe outlines of the history of Turkish clothing.The author's clothing and fashion exhibitions, site visits, contextual and spatial observations, and determinations madebetween 2018 and 2023 in ethnography, history, city, and related museums, institutions, and events were all included in the study.With the literature review, information was gathered by researching clothing and fashion exhibitions and documents, study datawere evaluated with descriptive research, and clothing and fashion exhibitions were classified as contextual and spatial. To providea rich museum experience within the framework of the new museology, clothing, fashion, and textile history museums should becreated, but without sacrificing the museum's objects, textiles, accessories, and clothing, which are cultural heritage worthexhibiting and can be read with the traces and continuity of the chronology of Turkish clothing history, which is also active in thevirtual environment through its content and information sharing.
