Özet
Bu çalışmada, köpek ve kedi reprodüksiyonunda karşılaşılan fizyolojik ve patolojik olguların tanısında ultrasonografinin kullanım olanaklarını ortaya koymak amaçlandı Proöstrus, folliküler kist, postpartum (akut) metritis, pyometra, retentio secundinarium, tümör, fötal mumifikasyon, güç doğum, yalancı gebelik ve gebelik muayeneleri için kliniğimize gelen 264 köpek ve 142 kedi araştırma materyali olarak kullanıldı Ultrasonografik muayeneler B mode real-time 5 MHz lineer propiu ultrasonografi cihazı ile transabdominal olarak gerçekleştirildi. Muayene sonuçları, ultrasonografinin küçük hayvan reproduksiyonunda gerek tani gerekse de tedavinin yönlendirilmesi ve tedavi sonuçlarının izlenmesinde pratik, duyarlı ve güvenilir bir metot olduğunu gösterdi.
In this study was aimed to demonstrate posibilities using of the ultrasonography in diagnosis of physiological and pathological cases be watched in bitch and cat reproduction. Total 264 bitch and 142 cat brought to our clinics for pro estrus, follicular cyst, postpartum (acute) metritis. pyometra, retentio secundinarium, tumor, fetal mummification, dystocia pseudopregnancy and pregnancy examinations was used as research materials Ultrasonographic examinations were performed transabdominally by using a B mode real-time 5 MHz linear transducer. All ultrasonographic examination results was indicated ultrasonography was as a practical, sensitive and reliable method either diagnosis or direction of treatment and monitoring of treatment results in small animal reproduction.
