dc.description.abstractGirişimcilik ülke ekonomilerinin gelişmesinde oldukça önemli rol oynamaktadır. Ülke ekonomisine olan etkisi nedeniyle girişimcilik kurum ve kuruluşlar tarafından desteklenmekte ve teşvik edilmektedir. Girişimciliğin ve girişimcilik kültürünün gelişmesini kendine vizyon edinen Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli İşletmeleri Geliştirme ve Destekleme İdaresi Başkanlığı (KOSGEB) girişimciliğin desteklenmesinde otoriter olan kurumların başında gelmektedir. KOSGEB tarafından sağlanan girişimcilik destekleri girişimciliği özendirmeyi, desteklemeyi ve başarılı işletmelerin kurulmasını amaçlamaktadır. KOSGEB, uygulamalı girişimcilik eğitimini tamamlayan ve kendi işini kurmak isteyen girişimcilere “yeni girişimci desteği” adı altında destek sağlamaktadır. Desteğin uygulamalı girişimcilik eğitimlerine bağlı olmasının nedeni girişimcilik bilgisi ve kültürüne sahip başarılı işletmelerin kurulmasını temin etmektir. Bu eğitimler; girişimcilerin iş kurma ve yürütme konularında bilgi ve beceri sahibi olmaları, bu süreçte kendi rol ve sorumluluklarının farkına varmaları ve kendi iş fikirlerine yönelik iş planı hazırlayabilecek bilgi ve deneyim kazanmaları amacıyla düzenlenmektedir. Araştırmada, KOSGEB girişimcilik destek programından yararlanan girişimcilerin amaçlarına ne düzeyde ulaşabildikleri sorusuna yanıt aranmıştır. Konya ilinde, KOSGEB girişimcilik destek programından yararlanan 140 girişimciden elde edilen geçerli veriler tanımlayıcı istatistik ve kikare test yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda; girişimcilerin aldıkları kredi miktarı düzeyi, girişimcilik eğitimi ve girişimcilik destek türü değişkenleri ile girişimcilerin amaçlarına ulaşma düzeyleri arasında anlamlı ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yararlanıcılar, destek türleri arasında en fazla “kuruluş dönemi makine, teçhizat, ofis donanım ve yazılım” destek türünü tercih etmişlerdir.en_US
dc.description.abstractEntrepreneurship plays an important role in the development of the national economies. Institutions and organizations support and encourage entrepreneurship due to its effect on the economies. Small and Medium Industry Development Organization (KOSGEB), which aim to support entrepreneurship and develop an entrepreneurial culture in Turkey, is one of the key authority institutions in promoting entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurship supports provided by KOSGEB aim to encourage and support entrepreneurship and help entrepreneurs to startup successful businesses. KOSGEB provides support under the name of "new entrepreneur support" program to the entrepreneurs once they attend an applied entrepreneurship training. Application to the KOSGEB entrepreneurship support programs require a proof of attendance of an entrepreneurship training. With this training program KOSGEB aims to help entrepreneurs to startup and run their business with the basic knowledge that they should have, let the entrepreneurs be aware of their role and position in running their own businesses, and be able to prepare a business plan. To what extent the KOSGEB entrepreneurship support program fulfills beneficiaries’ expectations? In this empiric research, an answer to this question was sought. In the research, valid data from 140 entrepreneurs benefiting from the KOSGEB support programs in Konya, in Turkey were analyzed using descriptive statistics and chi-square methods. Results of the analysis revealed that there is a meaningful relationship between the level of credit amount, entrepreneurship training and type of the support program and achievement level of the objectives of Entrepreneurship Support Programs. Results of the research revealed that beneficiaries of the Entrepreneurship Support Programs mostly benefited from “the machine, utility, office utensils and support for software”, among the all support program types.en_US
