Özet
Teknolojik gelişmelere bağlı olarak eğitim anlayışı ve sistemi değişim göstermektedir. Gelişen ve değişen eğitim anlayışına göre pek çok eğitim araç-gereci gelişmekte ve kullanılmaktadır. Ancak ders kitapları, geliştirilen tüm çağdaş araç-gereçlere karşın öğrenme-öğretme süreçlerinde yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Ders kitapları, yazının ve kâğıdın bulunması ile oluşmaya başlamış, matbaanın bulunması ile de çoğalmış. Bilgi teknolojilerindeki gelişmelere bağlı olarak da değişim göstermiştir. Bu araştırma; ilköğretim dördüncü ve beşinci sınıf öğretmenlerinin sosyal bilgiler ders kitaplarına ilişkin görüşlerine dayalı olarak değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma, 2006-2007 eğitim?öğretim yılında Konya ili ilköğretim kurumlarında okutulmakta olan Sosyal Bilgiler ders kitaplarını, öğretmen görüşlerine dayalı olarak değerlendirmeye çalıştığından tarama niteliğinde bir çalışmadır. Araştırmada, veri toplama aracı olarak öğretmenlerin sosyal bilgiler ders kitaplarına ilişkin görüşlerini almak amacıyla 55 sorudan oluşan anket formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre; öğretmenlerin görüşleri doğrultusunda incelenen Sosyal Bilgiler ders kitaplarının genel olarak eğitim öğretime uygun olarak hazırlandığı belirlenmiştir.
Depending on technological developments, understanding of education and education system has changed. According to the evolving and changing educational approach, many training tools and materials have been developed and also used. But textbooks are widely used tools among all modern equipments developed in the learning-teaching processes. Textbooks have begun to develop with the invention of the paper and writing also it has begun to reproduce with the finding of printing. Depending on the developments in information technologies, it has changed. This research was conducted in order to be evaluated based on the views of 4th and 5th grade primary school teachers for social sciences textbooks. The research is a work of scanning in nature because it works to evaluate the social sciences textbooks studied in primary school intuitions in Konya in 2006-2007 academic year based on teacher?s views. In this research, as a means of collecting data, the questionnaire comprising 55 questions was used in order to receive teachers? comments on social sciences textbooks. According to the findings of the study, it has been determined that social sciences textbook, reviewed in line with the views of teachers, have been prepared in accordance with the education.
