| dc.description.abstract | Osmanlı devri münşeat geleneğinin en eski örneklerinden olan Menâhicü'l-İnşâ, XV. yüzyılda kâtiplere yazışma kurallarını öğretmek amacıyla telif edilmiş Türkçe bir eserdir. Eserde Sultan II. Murad ve Fatih dönemi beratları, resmî ve özel mektup suretleri bulunmaktadır. Karamanoğlu II. İbrahim Bey'in Sultan II. Murad'a verdiği "sevgend-nâme" de bu kitaptaki resmî belgelerden birisidir. Bu araştırmada Menâhicü'l-İnşâ'nın Konya (Koyunoğlu) nüshası Latin harflerine aktarılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın birinci bölümünde eserin yazarı, nüshaları ve eserin önemine dair görüşler ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde yazışma kuralları ve mektuplar incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde resmî belgeler ve mektuplar değerlendirilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Menahicü'l-İnşâ, one of the oldest examples of Ottoman münşeat(journal) tradition, was a Turkish work of art written to teach the rules of correspondence to clerks in the fifteenth century. Certificates, official and private letter copies of Sultan Murad II and Fatih period are available in the work. The "sevgend-nâme" Karamanoglu Ibrahim II gave to Sultan Murad II is one of the official documents in this book. In this study, Konya (Koyunoğlu) copy of Menâhicü'l-İnşâ is evaluated by transferring to Latin letters. In the first part of the study, the author, copies and opinions about the importance of the work are discussed. In the second part, correspondence rules and letters are examined. In the third part, official documents and letters are evaluated. | en_US |
