dc.description.abstractBu denemede Holstein ırkı 20 adet dişi buzağı kullanılmıştır. Buzağılara doğumu takip eden üç gün boyunca kolostrum verildikten sonra dördüncü gün itibari ile indol asetik asit verilmeye başlanmıştır. Buzağılar bireysel buzağı bölmelerinde barındırılmışlardır. Buzağıların günlük olarak 2,5 litre sabah mamasına 3 gram indol asetik asit ilave edilmiştir. Deneme için gruplar aşağıdaki gibi düzenlenmiştir: I.Kontrol Grubu: Bu gruptaki buzağılara indol asetik asit verilmemiştir. II.Muamele Grubu: Bu gruptaki buzağılara 30 gün süreyle indol asetik asit verilmiştir. Denemede kontrol ve deneme grupları 10'ar adet dişi buzağıdan oluşmakta olup, toplam 20 adet dişi buzağı kullanılmıştır. Buzağılara iki öğün (sabah ve akşam) mama verilmiş, muamele grubunda indol asetik asit sabah mamasına ilave edilmiştir. Buzağılara 30 gün süreyle indol asetik asit verilmiştir. Otuz günlük deneme süresi sonunda buzağıların canlı ağırlık, canlı ağırlık kazancı ve final canlı ağırlık kazancı/başlangıç canlı ağırlık oranları hesaplanmış, ayrıca deneme süresince sağlık durumları kayıt altına alınmıştır. Otuz günlük deneme sonunda buzağı beslemede uzun süreli indol asetik asit kullanımı Muamele grubunda 30. gün ortalama canlı ağırlık, 0-30 günlük ortalama canlı ağırlık kazancı ve 0-30 gün ortalama oransal canlı ağırlık artışı kontrol grubuna göre istatistiksel olarak yüksek bulunmuştur (p<0,01).
dc.description.abstractIn this trial 20 female Holstein calves were used. At the end of the third day following the birth, the calves were started to drink indole acetic acid. Calves were housed in individual calf pens. 3 grams of indole acetic acid was added to 2.5 liters of morning calf food. Indole acetic acid was given to the calves to drink daily . The groups for the experiment were arranged as follows: I.Control Group: The calves in this group were not given indole acetic acid. II.Experimental Group: Calves in this group were given oral indol acetic acid for 30 days. In this experiment, control and experimental groups were formed from 10 female calves each. After the calves in the experimental group received colostrum for three days, indole acetic acid was started to drink from the fourth day . The calves were given calf food for twice meals (morning and evening) and the indole acetic acid was drunk at morning. In the experiment, the calves were given indole acetic acid for 30 days. At the end of the thirty-day trial period, the calves' body weight, body weight gain and final body weight gain/initial body weight ratios were calculated, and their health status during the trial was recorded. At the end of the 30-day trial, the use of long-term indole acetic acid in calf feeding had a statistically significant effect on growth parameters such as live weight, live weight gain and proportional live weight gain (p<0.01).
