| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalısmanın ilk amacı Jandarma personelinin tükenmislik ve is doyum düzeylerini belirleyerek, bu faktörleri etkileyen bagımsız degiskenlerin belirlenmesidir. Bu amaçla hem mevcut bagımsız degiskenlerin belirlenmesi hem de arastırmaya katılan personelin demografik özelliklerini belirlemeye yönelik olarak ?Demografik Özelliklere Ait Genel Tarama Anketi? Tükenmislik ve s Doyum Ölçegi ile birlikte uygulanmıstır. Arastırma örneklem grubu olarak Konya ve ilçelerinde görev yapan Jandarma personeli seçilmistir. Bu amaçla merkez ve ilçelerde görev yapan 232 personele ulasılarak anket ve testler uygulanmıstır. Arastırmanın ilk asamasında demografik özellikler ile tükenmislik ve is doyum ölçeginden elde edilen ham verilerin puanlaması yapılmıstır. Bu safhadan sonra SPSS paket programında uygulanan kikare testleri sonucunda elde edilen verilerden frekans tablosu ve çapraz tablolar olusturulmustur. Tükenmislik ve s Doyum düzeyi puan ortalamalarının yasa, görev yerine, bransa, mesleki kıdeme göre farklılasıp farklılasmadıgına bakmak için ise Kruskal Wallis testi yapılmıstır. Farklılasma tespit edilen alanların incelemesi ise Mann Whitney U testi ile yapılmıstır. Elde edilen bulgulara baglı olarak, bu arastırmanın benzerlerinin yurt içinde ve yurt dısında bir çok sektörde yapılmıs olmasına ragmen Silahlı Kuvvetlerde yeterli sayıda yapılmadıgına vurgu yapılarak bu tür arastırmaların desteklenerek sayılarının artırılması ve Tükenmislik ile s doyumu konularında personelin bilgilendirilmesi için seminer ve konferans çalısmalarının yapılması önerilmistir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The first aim of this study is to determine the independent effects on the factors of this issue by determining the degree of exhaustion and satisfaction of gendarme personal. With this aim, both the available factors were determined and `General Scanning Survey of Demographic Properties? were implemented with the Exhaustion and Work Satiety Scale in order to determine the demographic properties of personal who participated in this research. Gendarme personals who are officiating in Konya and its administrative districts were chosen in the sense of being a group of sampling. With this aim, surveys and tests were performed by reaching these 232 personals. In the first level of the study, acquisition of count rates, which were obtained from the demographic properties and exhaustion and work satiety scale, was done. After this stage, frequency and diagonal charts were formed as a result of Chi-Square Test, which were used in the SPSS packet program. Kruskal Wallis Test was done in order to examine whether the grade averages of the degree of exhaustion and work satiety differentiate or not according to age, work place, province and professional priority and these fields were examined with Mann Whitney U Test. According to obtained findings, although similar studies were done by several sectors in both abroad and domestic, it was emphasized that these kinds of studies were not implemented enough in General Staff. Therefore, it was advised that these kinds of studies and researches should be encouraged and increased. Moreover, personal should be informed about the exhaustion and work satiety with seminar and conference studies. | en_US |
