Özet
Bulut bilişim, elde edilen tüm verileri içeren, yazılımların, belgelerin, bilgilerin, uygulamaların internet bulutu içerisinde sanal bir depolarda depolanmasını sağlayan ve internet üzerinden erişimine yardımcı olan bir teknolojidir. Türkiye'de son yıllarda teknolojinin gelişmesi ve bu gelişmenin endüstri 4.0‘a sağladığı katkılar sonucunda bulut bilişim konusu daha da önem kazanmaya başlamıştır. Bulut bilişim teknolojilerinin kullanımı ile sınırsız depolama imkânı, verilere kolay erişim ve hızlı performans sağlanabilmektedir. Bulut bilişim sayesinde tüm işlemler kısa sürede yapılarak karşı tarafa kolay bir şekilde aktarılabilmektedir. Verileri yedekleme ve silinen verileri geri yükleme, erişebilirlik, veri güvenliği, ölçeklenebilirlik, veri kalitesinin kontrolü, sürdürebilirlik gibi birçok olumlu özelliği mevcuttur. Böyle önemli ve geliştirilmesi gereken bir konuda çalışmaların arttırılarak konu ile ilgili her alanın incelenmesi literatüre önemli katkılar sağlayacaktır. Bu sebeple çalışma kapsamında Türkiye ‘de bulut bilişim alanında yapılan lisansüstü tezler bibliyometrik analiz ile incelenmiştir. Böylelikle konu ile ilgili mevcut durum ortaya konularak gelecekte çalışma yapılacak alanları desteklemek hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmada Yüksek Öğretim Kurumu Ulusal Tez Merkezi (YÖKTEZ) arşivinde yer alan bulut bilişim üzerine yapılmış tez çalışmalarının analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda 15.05.2024 tarihine kadar olan YÖKTEZ arşivinde yer alan 360 adet lisansüstü tez incelenmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen bibliyometrik analiz sonucunda “Bulut bilişim” konusunda en çok tezin yayınlandığı yıl 2022 iken en fazla çalışma yüksek lisans türündedir. Bununla birlikte en fazla çalışma devlet üniversitelerinde yapılırken, ilk sırayı İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi almıştır. Bilgisayar mühendisliği hem ana bilim dalında hem konu olarak birinci sıradadır. En fazla fen bilimleri enstitüsünde yapılmıştır. Son olarak da incelenen kelime bulutunda en fazla “bulut bilişim” kelimesi kullanılmıştır.
Cloud computing is a technology that enables the storage of all obtained data, software, documents, information, applications in virtual storages within the internet cloud and helps access them over the internet. As a result of the development of technology in Turkey in recent years and the contributions of this development to Industry 4.0, the subject of cloud computing has become more important. With the use of cloud computing technologies, unlimited storage, easy access to data, and fast performance can be provided. Thanks to cloud computing, all transactions can be done in a short time and easily transferred to the other party. It has many positive features such as data backup and restoring deleted data, accessibility, data security, scalability, data quality control, and sustainability. Increasing the studies on such an important and developing subject and examining every field related to the subject will provide significant contributions to the literature. For this reason, within the scope of the study, postgraduate theses conducted in the field of cloud computing in Turkey were examined with bibliometric analysis. Thus, it was aimed to reveal the current situation on the subject and support the areas where future studies will be conducted. In the study, thesis studies on cloud computing in the archive of the Council of Higher Education National Thesis Center (YÖKTEZ) were analyzed. In this direction, 360 postgraduate theses in the YÖKTEZ archive up to 15.05.2024 were examined. As a result of the bibliometric analysis, the year in which the most theses were published on the subject of "Cloud computing" was 2022, while the most studies were in the master's degree category. However, the most studies were conducted in state universities, while Istanbul Technical University took the first place. Computer engineering is in the first place both as a major field and as a subject. It was conducted most in the institute of science. Finally, the word "cloud computing" was used the most in the examined word cloud.
