Özet
Bilim, sanat ve endüstri dünyasının en kapsamlı alanlarından biri olan seramik, aynı zamanda zengin terim ve kavram varlığına sahiptir. Terim ve kavramların bol kullanıldığı seramikte, çoğunluğun anlayabileceği bir Türkçenin ortaya konulması çok önemlidir. Bu nedenle de seramik çalışmalarındaki Türkçenin bilimsel ve sanatsal kapasitesinin kullanım özelliklerini, terim ve kavram çerçevesinde incelemeye çalıştık. Çalışmada araştırma malzemesi olarak seramik alanında Türkçe yazılmış kitaplar, makaleler, bildiriler ve yabancı dillerden Türkçeye aktarılmış eserler gözden geçirildi. Seramikte kullanılan Türkçenin durumu, bu kaynaklardan alınan örneklerle konu çerçevesinde açıklanmaya çalışıldı. Seramikle ilgili yapılan çalışmalarda yabancı kökenli terim ve kavramların yo- ğun kullanıldığı, terim birliğinin sağlanmadığı ve bunun da terim ve kavram kargaşasına yol açtığı görülmektedir. Yaşanan bu kargaşa, seramikte kullanılan Türkçenin bir bilim ve sanat dili olarak gelişmesini engellemektedir. Yapılan çalışmada seramik alanında Türkçe yazılan eserlerin anlaşılmasını zorlayan ve ayrıca dilin kirliliğine de yol açan bu kargaşanın temel nedenleri tespit edilmeye çalışılarak bazı çözüm önerilerinde bulunulmaktadır.
Ceramic is not only directly linked to the branch of many of science,art and industry, but also has a number of terms and concepts. In ceramics that has such a rich existence of term and concepts,using of Turkish that the majority can understand is very important. So, we tried to explain the usage of Turkish languages features of scientific and artistic capacity as term and the concept in studies on ceramic.In this study, research materials like books, articles,papers, written in Turkish in the field of ceramic and translated works from foreign languages into Turkish and ceramics science, technology and art froms were the basic as study area. The situation of Turkish used in ceramic explained with the examples taken from these sources. In the studies on ceramic it was observed that the terms and concepts of foreign origin are mainly in the works on ceramics, but there is no union of terms and this situation has occured concept disorder. This disorder prevents Turkish used in ceramic to improve as a language of science and art. In this study, it was not only determined main reasons of this disorder that urges to understand of meaning the works written Turkish in ceramic area and causes to language filthiness,but also suggested some solutions to these problems.
