Gaziantep ve Hatay’ın gastronomi alanında Unesco yaratıcı şehirler ağına katılmasına ilişkin yerel halkın bakış açısı üzerine bir araştırma

| dc.description.abstract | UNESCO yaratıcı şehirler ağı, gastronomi, zanaat ve halk sanatları, edebiyat gibi dallarda şehirlerin kendilerine ait kültürel kimliklerinin ön planda olmasına ve bu amaçla yerli kültürü yaşatmaya ve korumaya yönelik önemli bir uluslararası projedir. Unesco Yaratıcı Şehirler Ağı kapsamında dünya genelinde 26 şehir Gastronomi Şehri unvanına layık görülmüştür. Bu çalışma gastronomi şehri unvanı alan şehirlerin UNESCO Yaratıcı Şehirler Ağın’a gastronomi alanından katılmasına yönelik yerel halkın bakış açısının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı kapsamında hazırlanan ölçekteki ifadeler 2020 yılı Haziran ve Ekim aylarında yerel halka yöneltilmiş, toplamda 1108 kişiden anket tekniği ile elde edilen veriler SPSS paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Katılımcılardan elde edilen verilerle, frekans ve yüzde dağılım analizleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler doğrultusunda katılımcıların, bakış açılarının belirlenmesine yönelik faktör boyutları oluşmuştur. Bunlar; sosyokültürel etkiler, ekonomik etkiler, çevresel etkiler ve bilinirlik, şeklinde adlandırılmıştır. İki şehirde de oluşturulan dört boyut ve bağımsız değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi değerlendirmeye yönelik karşılaştırmalı testler yapılmıştır ve iki şehir bağımsız değişkenlere göre karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın konusu ve amacı doğrultusunda belirlenen hipotezler test edilmiştir. Gaziantep İl’i üzerine oluşturulan 10 hipotezden 7 hipotez reddedilirken, 3 hipotez kabul edilmiştir. Hatay İl’i üzerine oluşturulan 10 hipotezden 6 hipotez kabul edilirken, 4 hipotez reddedilmiştir. Bulgular ve analizler doğrultusunda; paydaşlara, kamuya ve araştırmacılara yönelik öneriler geliştirilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | UNESCO creative cities network is an important international project aimed at keeping the cultural identities of the cities at the forefront in fields such as gastronomy, crafts and folk arts, and for this purpose, to maintain and protect the local culture. Within the scope of the Unesco Creative Cities Network, 26 cities worldwide have been awarded the title of Gastronomy City. This study aimed to examine the local people's perspective on the participation of cities that have been awarded the title of gastronomy city to the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in the field of gastronomy. The statements in the scale prepared within the scope of the purpose of the study were directed to the local people in June and October 2020, and the data obtained by the survey technique from a total of 1108 people were analyzed with the SPSS package program. Frequency and percentage distribution analyzes were made with the data obtained from the participants. In line with the analyzes made, factor dimensions were formed to determine the perspectives of the participants. These; sociocultural effects, economic effects, environmental effects and awareness, are named as. Comparative tests were conducted to evaluate the relationship between four dimensions and independent variables created in both cities, and two cities were compared according to independent variables. Hypotheses determined in line with the subject and purpose of the study were tested. While 7 hypotheses out of 10 hypotheses created on Gaziantep Province were rejected, 3 hypotheses were accepted. While 6 hypotheses out of 10 hypotheses built on Hatay Province were accepted, 4 hypotheses were rejected.
