Özet
Sosyal etki sosyal psikolojinin çalışma konularından biri olup yapılan bir proje veya uygulamanın farklı insanlar üzerinde oluşturduğu olumlu veya olumsuz sonuçlarından kaynaklanan değişimdir. Dünyanın birçok yerinde sağlık, kültür, sosyal (göç, eşitsizlik, ayrımcılık), çevre, ekonomi, siyaset gibi alanlarda sosyal etki değerlendirmesi yapılmaktadır. Sosyal etki değerlendirmesi, gerçekleşen proje, uygulama veya aktivitelerin farklı insanlar üzerinde oluşturduğu olumlu veya olumsuz; istenen veya istenmeyen sonuçları analiz etme sürecidir. Sosyal etki değerlendirmesinin temel amacı ise daha sürdürülebilir ve hakkaniyetli bir fiziki ve insani çevre oluşturmaktır. Türkiye'de genellikle kentsel dönüşüm projeleri için sosyal etki değerlendirmeleri yapılmıştır. Henüz kentsel açık-yeşil alanlarda sosyal etki değerlendirme çalışmaları yapılmamıştır. Kentsel açık-yeşil alanlar, farklı kültürlerden insanların bir araya gelerek sosyal bütünleşme sağlanması, kültürel etkileşim ve aidiyet duygusunun geliştirilebilmesi açısından büyük öneme sahip mekanlardır. Bu nedenle kentsel açık-yeşil alanlarda sosyal etki değerlendirmesi yapılması önemli katkılar sağlayacaktır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Konya Kültürpark'ta göçmenler ve kent halkı arasındaki sosyal etkinin belirlenip sosyal etkileşimin olumlu yanlarının desteklenmesi, olumsuz yanlarının ise en aza indirgenmesi için öneriler geliştirmektir. Bu bağlamda kentsel açık-yeşil alanlarda sosyal etki değerlendirmesi yapılmasının gerekliliğine de vurgu yapılmıştır.
Social impact is one of the study topics of social psychology and is the change resulting from the positive or negative consequences of a project or application on different people. In determining changes in many parts of the world, social impact assessment is made in areas such as health, culture, social (immigration, inequality, discrimination), environment, economy, politics. Social impact assessment is the process of analyzing the positive or negative, desired or undesirable results of realized projects, practices or activities on different people. The main purpose of social impact assessment is to create a more sustainable and equitable physical and human environment. In Turkey, social impact assessments were generally made for urban transformation projects. Social impact assessment studies have not yet been carried out in urban open-green areas. Urban open-green spaces are places of great importance in terms of bringing people from different cultures together and providing social integration, developing cultural interaction and sense of belonging. For this reason, social impact assessment in urban open-green areas will make significant contributions. The aim of this study is to determine the social impact between immigrants and the people of the city in Konya Kültürpark and to develop suggestions for supporting the positive aspects of social interaction and minimizing the negative aspects. In this context, the necessity of social impact assessment in urban open-green areas was also emphasized.
