| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma Aksaray ilinde faaliyet gösteren büyük ölçekli marketlerin pazar yönlülük kültürünü benimseme derecelerini ortaya koymak ve izledikleri pazar yönlü stratejilerin performansları üzerinde ne tür bir etkiye sahip olduğunu belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın amaç ve kapsamı doğrultusunda veriler Aksaray ilindeki büyük ölçekli 4 marketin üst düzey yöneticilerine geliştirilen bir anket formu aracılığıyla uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucu elde edilen veriler korelasyon ve ki kare analizi yardımıyla teste tabi tutulmuş, elde edilen bulgular şekil ve tablolar aracılıyla sunulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study has been conducted for the purpose of determining the extent large-scale stores operating in the province of Aksaray adopt the culture of market-orientedness and finding out the impact their market-oriented strategies they follow on their performance. A questionnaire consistent with the purpose and scope of the study was applied to the executives four great-scale stores in Aksaray to coolect data. The findings were tested by means of chi-square and corelation analyses, and the findings were presented through figures and tables. | en_US |
