Özet
Bu çalışmada, çok modelli montaj hattı dengeleme problemleri ile ilgili hat etkinliğini eniyilemeye yönelik yeni bir paket program geliştirilmiş, geliştirilen bu yeni program Tepe Mobilya A. Ş. ve Kenzel Mobilya Sanayi ve Ticaret Limitet Şirketinde uygulanmış ve elde edilen sonuçlar sunulmuştur. Tez çalışması; giriş, beş tane temel bölüm ile sonuç ve öneriler olmak üzere yedi bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde genel olarak üretim kavramlarından, üretimin tarihsel gelişiminden ve üretim sistemlerinden bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde montaj hatları konusuna girilmiş, montaj hatları, montaj hatlarının yerleşimi, montaj hattı dengeleme problemlerinin sınıflandırılması ile montaj hattı dengelenmesine etki eden etmenler ve kısıtlar incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde montaj hattı dengeleme problemleri ile ilgili literatür taraması yapılmış, 1995-2009 yılları arasında montaj hattı dengeleme problemi ile ilgili yapılan çalışmalar incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölüm, bu çalışmanın özgün kısmı olan geliştirilmiş yeni paket programı içermektedir. Bu bölümde programın tasarımı, yazıldığı programın dili, algoritmaların akış diyagramları ve nasıl çalıştığı verilmiştir. Beşinci bölümde; bulunan bu yeni program ile yeni modeller ve panel mobilya üreten iki ayrı fabrikada yapılan uygulama ve elde edilen sonuçlar verilmiş ve bu program ile işletmelerin kendi isteklerine göre hat etkinliğini nasıl konfigüre edebilecekleri anlatılmıştır. Bu tez çalışması, araştırma sonucu elde edilen bulgular ve bu konuda ileride yapılabilecek çalışmalar için önerilerin bulunduğu Sonuç ve Öneriler bölümü ile sona ermektedir.
In this study, a new packaged software about multi-model assembly line balancing problems has been developed in order to optimize assembly line activity. This new software is operated in Tepe Mobilya A.Ş. and Kenzel Mobilya Sanayi ve Ticaret Limitet Şirketi and acquired results are provided. Thesis study consists of seven sections including introduction, five main sections, and conclusion and suggestions. In the first section, mostly manufacturing concepts, historical development of manufacturing and manufacturing systems are mentioned. In the second section, assembly lines subject is introduced. Assembly lines, positioning of the assembly lines, classification of the assembly line balancing problems, and factors and constraints that affect assembly line balancing are examined. In the third section, literature survey about assembly line balancing problems is performed. This section includes surveys that performed between 1995 and 2009. Fourth section includes the new developed packaged software which is the individual part of this study. In this section, the design of the program, programming language, flowcharts of the algorithms are given. And it is explained that how program works In the fifth section, applications that are performed in two different factories which manufacture new models and panel furniture, and the results of these applications are given. And it is explained that how companies can configure line activity for their own purposes with this new program. The thesis study ends with conclusion and suggestions section which consists of the results of the research and suggestions for the future studies.
