16-18 Yaş Futbolcularda Direnç Bandı Antrenmanlarının Bazı Futbol Teknik Becerilerine Etkisi

Özet
Bu araştırmada, 16-18 yaş futbolcularda direnç bandı antrenmanlarının teknik beceriler
üzerine etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
Araştırmaya 20 erkek gönüllü amatör futbol oyuncusu dahil edilmiştir. Katılımcılar rastgele
olarak 2 eşit gruba ayrılmıştır. Yaş ortalaması 16,60±1,75 yıl, boy uzunluğu ortalaması 175,30±6,75
cm, vücut ağırlığı ortalaması 68,56±10,59 kg ve spor deneyimi ortalaması 5,60±1,57 yıl olan 10
futbolcu kontrol grubunu oluşturmuştur. Deney grubunu ise yaş ortalaması 16,40±1,07 yıl, boy
uzunluğu ortalaması 175,50±3,02 cm, vücut ağırlığı ortalaması 64,14±6,46 kg ve spor deneyimi
ortalaması 5,60±1,07 yıl olan 10 futbolcu oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada ön test-son test kontrol gruplu
model uygulanmıştır. Deney ve kontrol grupları 8 hafta boyunca düzenli futbol antrenmanlarını
sürdürmüşlerdir. Buna ek olarak deney gurubu 8 haftalık direnç bandı antrenman programını
uygulamıştır. Futbolcuların teknik becerilerini tespit etmek için top sürme testi, pas verme testi, şut
atma testi ve şut hızı testi yapılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde bağımlı ve bağımsız örneklemler için ttestleri kullanılmıştır.
Araştırmanın bulguları incelendiğinde, deney grubuna ilişkin teknik beceri testlerinin
tamamının ön test–son test değerlerinde istatiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu tespit edilmiştir
(p<0,05). Aynı zamanda, kontrol grubuna ilişkin, ön test–son test karşılaştırmalarında top sürme
değerlerinde de istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0,05). Buna karşın,
kontrol grubuna ait ön test ve son test karşılaştırılmalarında, pas isabeti, şut isabeti, dominant ayak ve
non-dominant ayak şut hızı değerlerinde istatiksel yönden anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı görülmüştür
(p>0,05). Deney ve kontrol grubuna ait ön testlerin karşılaştırılmasında tüm değerlerde istatistiksel
yönden anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Deney ve kontrol grubuna ait son testlerin
karşılaştırılmasında; pas isabeti, şut isabeti, top sürme ve non-dominant ayak şut hızı değerlerinde
istatiksel yönden anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu tespit edilirken (p<0,05), dominant ayak şut hızı
değerlerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark olmadığı tespit edilmiştir (p>0,05).
Sonuç olarak; 8 haftalık direnç bandı kullanılarak uygulanan antrenman programının genç
futbolcuların teknik becerilerinde gelişim sağladığı, en fazla gelişimin ise şut isabetinde olduğu
düşünülmektedir. Futbola özgü teknik becerilerin gelişimine yönelik olarak hazırlanan antrenman
programlarına direnç bandı egzersizlerinin eklenilmesinin yararlı olabileceği kanaatine varılmıştır.
In this study, it was aimed to scrutinize the effect of resistance band training on technical skills in football players aged 16-18. 20 male volunteer amateur football players were included in the study. The participants were randomly divided into two equal groups. 10 football players whose average age was 16,60±1,75 years, average height was 175,30±6,75 cm, average body weight was 68,56±10.59 kg, and average sports experience was 5,60±1,57 years constituted the control group. The experimental group was formed by 10 players whose average age was 16,40±1,07 years, average height was 175,50±3,02 cm, average body weight was 64,14±6,46 kg, and average sports experience was 5,60±1,07 years. The pretestposttest control group model was used in the research. Experimental and control groups continued their regular football training for eight weeks. In addition, the experimental group applied an eightweek resistance band training program. In order to determine the technical skills of the football players, the dribbling test, the passing test, the shooting test, and the shooting speed test were conducted. T-tests for dependent and independent samples were used in the analysis of the data. When the findings of the study were examined, it was determined that a statistically significant difference was present in the pretest-posttest values of all the technical skill tests of the experimental group (p<0.05). At the same time, it was determined that there was a statistically significant difference in dribbling values in the pretest-posttest comparisons for the control group (p<0.05). On the other hand, in the comparison of the pretest and posttest of the control group, it was observed that there was no statistically significant difference in the values of passing accuracy, shooting accuracy, and dominant and non-dominant foot shooting speed (p>0.05). No statistically significant difference was found in all values in the comparison of the pretests of the experimental and control groups (p>0.05). In the comparison of the posttests of the experimental and control groups, while it was determined that there was a statistically significant difference in passing accuracy, shooting accuracy, dribbling, and non-dominant foot shooting speed values (p<0.05), there was no statistically significant difference in dominant foot shooting speed values (p>0, 05). In conclusion, it is thought that the training program applied using an eight-week resistance band provides improvement in the technical skills of young football players and that the most improvement was in shooting accuracy. It was concluded that it would be beneficial to incorporate resistance band exercises to the training programs prepared for the development of football-specific technical skills.
