| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Brassicaceae familyasına ait Aethionema cinsinin bazı taksonlarının karşılaştırmalı morfolojik, anatomik, palinolojik ve mikromorfolojik özellikleri ortaya konulmuştur. Morfolojik çalışmalarda türlerin; gövde boyları, yaprak uzunlukları ile çiçek ve meyve gibi yapılarına ait ölçümler verilmiş ve tablolar halinde sunulmuştur. Anatomik çalışmalarda kök, gövde ve yapraktan ayrı ayrı mikrotom ve el ile kesitler alınmış; bu kısımların yapısal özellikleri ortaya konulmuştur. Kök, gövde ve yaprak enine kesitleri ile ortaya konulan anatomik yapılarının, taksonomik önemlerinin olduğu gösterilmiştir. Palinolojik çalışmalarda polenlerin boyutları ile ekzin ve intin kalınlıkları ölçülmüş ve P/E oranı hesaplanmıştır. Çalışılan türlerin hepsi retikulat polen ornamentasyonuna sahiptir. Işık mikroskobu ve taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ile fotoğraf çekimleri yapılmıştır. Makromorfolojik incelemeler ile türlere ait meyve ve tohum boyutları ölçülmüş, mikromorfolojik olarak meyve ve tohumlar ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir. SEM çalışmalarında meyve ve tohumlar fotoğraflanmış ve farklılıklar tablolar halinde sunulmuştur. Meyve yüzey ornamentasyonuna göre Ae. arabicum skabroz, Ae. cordatum verrukoz, Ae. karamanicum papillalı, Ae. armenum düz ornamentasyona sahiptir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this investigation, the morphological, anatomical, palynological and micromorphological properties of some Aethionema species which belongs to Brassicaceae family were presented. In morphological studies, the height of stem, the length of leaf and flower and fruit dimensions have been given and presented in tables. In anatomical studies, the cross sections of roots, stems and leaves have taken by microtome and hand; the structural characteristics of these parts have exposed. The structural properties of cross sections of root, stem and leaf have shown taxonomical significance. In palynological studies, the dimensions of pollen and the thicknesses of exine and intine have measured and calculated P/E ratio. The examined species have reticulate pollen ornamentation. Pollen were photographed by light microscope and SEM. With macromorphological investigations, the fruit and seed dimensions have measured; fruits and seeds were examined in detail micromorphologically. SEM investigations, fruit and seed were photographed and differences were presented in tables. The fruit ornamentations are scabrous in Ae. arabicum, verrucose in Ae. cordatum, papillate in Ae. karamanicum, smooth in Ae. armenum. | en_US |
