Özet
Bu çalışma, Konya İli Ereğli İlçesi süt işletmelerinin yenilikleri benimseme düzeylerini ve ekonomik faaliyetleri belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada kullanılan veriler tabakalı örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilmiş olup 49 anket uygulanmıştır. İşletmelerin sağılan hayvan sayıları 1-20?ye kadar olanlar köy-bazlı, sağılan hayvan sayıları 21 ve üzeri olanlar nitelikli işletme olarak ele alınmıştır. Araştırmada, incelenen işletmelerde nüfus ve işgücü varlıkları, arazi varlıkları, gayri safi üretim değeri, değişen masraflar ve brüt kar analizi yapılmıştır. İşletmelerde mevcut nüfusun yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim durumu ve işgücü potansiyeli gibi özellikler ayrı ayrı hesaplanmıştır. İşletmelerin niteliğine ve işletmelerde yeniliklerin benimsenme düzeyine etki eden faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla iki adet logistik regresyon modeli uygulanmıştır. Logistik regresyon analizine göre; işletmelerin yenilikleri benimseme düzeylerini etkileyen faktörler nitelikli olması, eğitim durumları ve Tarım İl/İlçe Müdürlükleri?ni ziyaret etme durumları olarak tespit edilmiştir. İşletmelerin nitelikli olma durumları ile tarımsal yeniliklerin benimsenmesi arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Hayvan sayısı 21 ve üzeri olan işletmelerin büyük çoğunluğunun yenilikleri benimsemede daha etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İşletmelerin eğitim durumları ile tarımsal yeniliklerin benimsenmesi arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Ortaokul, lise ve yüksek okul okuyanların hepsi yenilikleri benimsemede daha etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İşletmelerin Tarım İl/İlçe Müdürlüklerini ziyaret etme durumları ile tarımsal yeniliklerin benimsenmesi arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Tarım il/İlçe Müdürlükleri?ni her gün, haftada, ayda ziyaret edenlerin büyük çoğunluğunun yenilikleri benimsemede daha etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Köy-bazlı işletmelerde birim üretim başına düşen masraflar hesaplanmış ve işletmeler ortalaması 0,67 TL olup, hayvan sayısı 1-10 adet olan işletme grubunda 0,68 TL ve hayvan sayısı 11-20 adet olan işletme grubunda 0,66 TL?dir Nitelikli işletmelerde birim üretim başına düşen masraflar hesaplanmış ve işletmeler ortalaması 0,47 TL olup, hayvan sayısı 21-50 adet olan işletme grubunda 0,49 TL ve hayvan sayısı 51-+ adet olan işletme grubunda 0,46 TL?dir
This study was carried out in order to determine the economic activities of dairy farms and their adaption levels to innovations in Konya-Ereğli province. The data used in this study was obtained from 49 dairy farms which was selected by stratified random sampling survey techniques. The dairy farms which had 1-20 milked animals was called village-based and which had 21-+ was called qualified farms. In this study, labour and population existence, land sizes, gross output value, variable costs and gross profit analysis were done in the dairy farms. The features like age, gender, educational status and labour potential of the available population of the farms were calculated separately. In order to determine the factors that effect the farms qualifications and the adaption levels to innovations, 2 logistic regression models were applied. According to the logistic regression analysis; it was determined that the factors which effect the adoption levels to innovations of the farms were to be the qualified of the farms, educational status and the visitation of the provincial/district directorate of agriculture. There was a significant relation between the adoption to innovations and to be qualified of the farms. It was found that most of the farms which had 21-+ animals were more effective in the adaption to innovation. There was a significant relation between education status and adaption to innovations. It was obtained that the farmers who were graduated from secondary school, high school and academy were more effective in the adaption to innovation. There was a significant relation between the adoption to innovations and the visitation of the provincial/district directorate of agriculture. It was determined that most of the farmers who visited the provincial/district directorate of agriculture daily, weekly or monthly were more effective in the adaption to innovation. The cost of production of per unit was calculated in village-based farms and the average of the farms was found 0,67 TL, in the farm group which had 1-10 quantity of animals was found 0,68 TL and in the farm group which had 11-20 quantity of animals was found 0,66 TL. Also the cost of production per unit was calculated in qualified farms and the average of the farms was found 0,47 TL, in the farm group which had 21-50 quantity of animals was found 0,49 TL, in the farm group which had 51-+ quantity of animals was found 0,46 TL.
