Kuvvet antrenmanının 12-14 yaş grubu erkek tenisçilerin motorik özelliklerine etkisi

Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı kuvvet antrenmanının 12-14 yaş erkek tenisçilerin motorik özelliklerine etkisini incelemekti. Çalışmaya Ankara Tenis Kulübü 12-14 yaş grubu sporcularından 10 sporcu deney, 10 sporcuda kontrol grubu olarak toplam 20 sporcu katılmıştır. Deney grubu tenis antrenmanına ek olarak 8 haftalık kuvvet antrenmanı yapmıştır. Kontrol grubu sadece tenis antrenmanı yapmıştır. Deney ve kontrol gruplarının antrenman periyodu öncesi ve sonrası boy, ağırlık, dikey sıçrama, Wingate testi, 5-10 m sprint, 30 m sprint, asimetrik sprint, pençe kuvveti, deri kıvrım kalınlığı, 20 m mekik koşusu ve otur uzan testleri yapılmıştır. Deney ve kontrol gruplarının ön test sonuçları ko-değişken olarak tanımlanmış ve değişkenlerin son test sonuçları arasındaki farklar tek değişkenli varyans analizi ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Deney ve kontrol gruplarının bazı performans değişkenleri arasındaki farklar bağımsız gruplarda t testi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Analizler SPSS (10.0.1) istatistik paket programında yapılmıştır. Anlamlılık düzeyi 0,05 kabul edilmiştir. Deney ve kontrol grubunun boy ve vücut ağırlığı arasında anlamlı bir değişim gözlenmemiştir (p>0,05). Deney grubunun dikey sıçrama son test değeri kontrol grubundan daha yüksek bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Deney ve kontrol grubunun Wingate testi zirve güç, relatif zirve güç, ortalama güç değerleri ve yorgunluk indeksi değerleri arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Deney ve kontrol grubunun relatif ortalama güçleri arasında anlamlı fark bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Deney ve kontrol grubunun 5 m sprint, 30 m sprint ve asimetrik sprint süreleri arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunmazken (p>0,05), 10 m sprint süreleri arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Deney grubunun sağ el ve sol el pençe kuvveti kontrol grubunun sağ el ve sol el pençe kuvvetinden anlamlı derecede yüksek bulunmuştur (p<0,01). Deney grubunun deri kıvrım kalınlığı kontrol grubunun deri kıvrım kalınlığından anlamlı derecede azalmıştır (p<0,01). Deney grubunun 20 m mekik koşusu değeri kontrol grubunun 20 m mekik koşusu değerinden anlamlı derecede yüksekti (p<0,01). Deney grubunun ve kontrol grubunun otur-uzan mesafesi arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Bu çalışmanın sonuçları, 8 haftalık 6 tekrar maksimal kuvvet antrenmanlarının 12-14 yaş erkek tenisçilerin dayanıklılık, kuvvet ve sürat motorik özelliklerini geliştirdiğini göstermiştir.
The total 20 athletes which played the Club of Ankara Tennis participated in the study, as experimental group (n=10) and control group (n=10). The experimental group performed the strength training for 8 weeks in addition to tennis training. The control group performed only tennis training. Height, body weight, vertical jump, Wingate test, 5-10 m sprint, 30 m sprint, asymmetric sprint, hand grip strength, skinfold, 20 m shuttle run and sit and reach test were measured in pre training and post training of the experimental and control group. The results of pre-test of experimental and control group were defined as a co-variance and the difference between post-tests of variables was compared in univariate variance analysis. The difference between some performance variables of experimental and control groups was determined by using independent t test. The statistical treatment was analysed in SPSS version 10.0.1. The level of significance was set at p?0.05. There was no significant difference between heights of the experimental and control group and their body weights (p>0,05). The value of post-test of vertical jump in the experimental group was significantly higher than in control group (p<0,05). There were no significant difference between results of peak power, mean power and fatique index of Wingate test performed by the experimental and control group (p>0,05). There was significant difference between the result of relative mean power of Wingate test performed by the experimental and control group (p<0,05). Although there were not found between durations of 5-m sprint, 30-m sprint, asymmetric sprint for the experimental group and control group (p>0,05), there was significant between those of 10-m sprint durations (p<0,05). The right and left hand grip strength of the experimental group was significantly higher than the right and left hand grip strength of the control group (p<0,01). The skinfold of the experimental group was significantly less than skinfold of the control group (p<0,01). The value of 20-m shuttle run of the experimental group was significantly higher than those of the control group (p<0,01). There was not found between the distances of sit and reach test in the experimental group and control group (p>0,05). The results of this study have shown that the strength trainings with 6 repetition maximum for eight weeks increased the motor abilities which are the endurance, strength and speed in 12-14 year-old male tennis player.
