dc.description.abstractTek diş eksikliğinde, dişsiz boşluğun giderilmesi için, geleneksel sabit protez veya implant üstü tek kron gibi tedavi seçenekleri uygulanabilir. Komşu sağlıklı dişler kesilmeden diş eksikliği restore edilebildiği için implant destekli sabit protez sıklıkla tercih edilmektedir. Ancak, çoğu zaman implant cerrahisinden sonra implant üstü restorasyon yapılana kadar 3 ay veya daha fazla bir süre beklenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu süre içerisinde hastaya estetik ve fonksiyonunu yeniden kazandırmak için diş eksikliğinin fiberle güçlendirilmiş adeziv köprü ile geçici olarak giderilmesi düşünülebilir. Bu klinik çalışmada, üst orta keserlerinden birini travmaya bağlı olarak kaybetmiş üç hastadaki diş eksikliği fiber ile güçlendirilmiş adeziv köprü ile geçici olarak restore edildi. Üç hastada da daimi restorasyon için implant destekli sabit protez yapılması planlanmıştı. Hastaların bir aylık klinik takibi sonunda fiberle güçlendirilmiş adeziv köprülerde herhangi bir kırılma, kopma ve renklenme belirtisi görülmedi. Bu alternatif tedavi yaklaşımı kesici diş kayıplarının geçici restorasyonunda başarıyla kullanılabilir.en_US
dc.description.abstractDifferent treatment options for single missing tooth can be used such as conventional fixed partial denture or implant supported single crown. Implant supported single crowns are often preferred because there is no need to cut down healthy adjacent teeth to support the bridge. However, generally implant supported crowns can be made at least 3 months after implant surgery. For this short time period, fiber reinforced adhesive bridges can be considered as temporary, esthetic and functional treatment approach. In this clinical study, loss of single maxillary central incisor was temporarily treated by fiber reinforced adhesive bridges in three different patients. For all three patients, implant supported single crown application was planned as the final permanent treatment. After one month clinical follow-up, all the three fiber reinforced adhesive bridges were intact and no signs of fracture, debonding or discoloration was observed. This alternative treatment approach may be successfully used for temporary treatment of incisor tooth loss.en_US
