Özet
Bu çalışmada hayvan beslemede kullanılan bazı protein ek yemlerinin ( yağlı tohum küspeleri, dane baklagiller ve hayvansal protein kaynakları) nem, ham protein (HP) ve amino asit analizleri yapılmıştır. Ham protein analizleri Anonymus (1992) metoduna göre Leco FP528 cihazı ile, nem analizleri etüvde kurutma yöntemi ve amino asit analizleri ise ön kolon türevlendirmesi uygulanarak Yüksek Basınçlı Sıvı Kromatografisi (HPLC) cihazı ile yapılmıştır. Bu yemlerin amino asit kompozisyonlarının tahmini için ham protein ve amino asit muhtevalarına göre lineer regresyon denklemleri oluşturulmuştur. Sonuç olarak bu regrasyon denklemlerinin, nem ve HP değerlerine göre bazı protein ek yemlerinin amino asit muhtevalarını doğruya yakın bir şekilde tahmin etmede ve rutin yem formülasyonunda kullanılabileceği bulunmuştur.
Moisture, crude protein (CP) and amino acid contents of some protein supplements used in animal nutrition were determined in this study. The CP analysis was carried out using Anonymus (1992) method with Leco FP528, the analysis of moisture was carried out with drying method in oven and amino acid analysis was carried out pre column derivatization with high performance liquid chromotography (HPLC). Linear regression equations to predict the amino acids composition of these feedstuffs were composed in accordance with their CP and amino acids contents. Consequently, it has been found that these regression equations which based on moisture and CP levels in some protein supplements can be used to estimate the amino acid composition of these feedstuffs in routine feed formulations.
