Özet
Bu çalışmada, benzoil izotiyosiyanat, potasyum tiyosiyanat ve benzoil klorürün reaksiyonundan elde edildi. N,N'-(ethan-1-metilbenzamid-2-benzoiltiyoüre) H2L1, N,N'-(propan-1,2-dibenzoiltiyoüre) H2L2, N,N'-(fenil-1-metilbenzamid-4-benzoil- tiyoüre) H2L3, Sp-N,N'-(ethan-1-metilbenzamid-2-benzoiltiyoüre) Sp-HL1, Sp- N,N'-(propan-1,2-dibenzoiltiyoüre) Sp-HL2, Sp-N,N'-(fenil-1-metilbenzamid-4-benzoilti- yoüre) Sp-HL3, Sp-N,N'' -(N',N'-dietilamin-1,3-dibenzoiltiyoüre) Sp-HL4, Sp-N,N''-(N',N'-dipropilamin-1,3-dibenzoiltiyoüre) Sp-HL5, Sp-N,N'''-(N',N''-dipropilethandi- amid-1,4-dibenzoiltiyoüre) Sp-HL6, PVC-N,N'-(ethan-1-metilbenzamid-2-benzoilti- yoüre) PVC-HL2, PVC-N,N'''-(N',N''-dipropil-ethandiamid-1,4-dibenzoiltiyoüre) PVC-HL6 ligandları benzoilizotiyosiyanat ile amin türevleri ve çeşitli aminler ile mo difiye olmuş polimerik yapıların reaksiyonundan sentezlenmiştir. Bu polimerler spo- ropollenin ve poli(vinil klorür)'dür. Bazı ligandların metal kompleksleri hazırlan- mıştır. Bu yeni bileşiklerin yapıları elementel analiz, FT-IR, SEM, TGA/ DTA, UV-VIS, GCP, IH NMR, 13C NMR ve iletkenlik ölçümleri ile karakterize edilmiştir. Sp-HL1 ve Sp-HL2 ligandları bakır iyonuna karşı seçicilik göstermiştir. Bileşiklerin anti- mikrobiyal aktivitesi mantar ve bakterinin yedi türüne karşı araştırılmıştır. H2L3 ve Sp-HL6 bileşikleri antibakteriyel aktivite göstermiştir.
In the present study, benzoyl isothiocyanate has been obtained from the reaction of benzoyl chloride with potassium thiocyanate. N,N'?(ethane-1-methylbenzamide -2-benzoylthiourea) H2L1, N,N'-(propane-1,2-dibenzoylthiourea) H2L2, N,N'-(phenyl -1-methylbenzamide-4-benzoylthiourea) H2L3, Sp-N,N'?(ethane-1-methylbenzamide -2-benzoylthiourea) Sp-HL1, Sp-N,N'-(propane-1,2-dibenzoylthiourea) Sp-HL2, N,N'-(phenyl-1-methylbenzamide-4-benzoylthiourea) Sp-HL3, Sp-N,N'?(N',N'-di- ethylamine-1,3-dibenzoylthiourea) Sp-HL4, Sp-N,N'?(N',N'-dıbutylamine-1,4-diben- zoylthiourea) Sp-HL5, Sp-N,N'''-(N',N''-dipropyl-ethanediamide-dibenzoylthiourea) Sp-HL6, PVC-N,N'?(ethane-1-methylbenzamide-2-benzoylthiourea PVC-HL2, PVC -N,N'''-(N',N''-dipropyl-ethanediamide-dibenzoylthiourea) PVC-HL6 have been synt- hesized by the reaction of benzoylisothiocyanate with amine derivatives and polymeric structures have been modified with various amine derivatives. These polymers are sporopollenin and poly(vinyl chloride). Metal complexes of some ligands have been prepared. The structure of these new compounds have been characterized by elementary analysis, FT-IR, UV?VIS, TGA/ DTA, SEM, GPC, IHNMR, 13C NMR and conductance measurement. Sp-HL1 and Sp-HL2 are selective towards only cupper ions. Antimicrobial activities of some compounds have been evaluated against seven species of bacteria and mold. The compounds, H2L3 ve Sp-HL5 have shown antibacterial activity.
