dc.description.abstractBu çalışma ile yasal düzenlemelerden kaynaklanan bürokratik sorunların tespiti ve çözüm önerileri geliştirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmanın temel çıkış noktası, Organize Sanayi Bölge yönetimlerinin karşılaştığı bürokratik sorunlar ve yasal düzenlemeler ile onların performansı arasında bir ilişkinin var olup olmadığı ana sorusuna cevap aramaktır. Bu çalışmada, OSB’lere ilişkin yasal düzenlemelerde birçok sorun bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Her şeyden önce mevcut yasa yetersiz, başka yasal düzenlemelerle çelişmekte, bürokrasiye neden olmaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda, OSB’ye ait yasal düzenlemelerin yeniden ele alınması gerektiği ortaya çıkmaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify bureaucratic problems stemming from legal arrangements and to develop some suggestions. The main starting point was to seek an answer whether there is a relationship between the performance of OIE and bureaucratic problems originated from legal arrangements. In order to analyze this issue, it was necessary not only to comprehend all related subjects in the areas of OIE, legal arrangements, but also define them. It is found that there are several problems with legal arrangement concerning OIE. It could be noted that the extant OIE Law is insufficient and inconsistent with other Laws, consequently increasing bureaucracy. On the other hand the study has also identified bureaucratic problems that affect the OIE’ efficiency. It is strongly recommended that legal arrangements have to be restructured considering the findings of this study as well as advances in the world. It is also suggested that legal regulations should help OIEs to increase their efficiency.en_US
