Özet
Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakülte'si Göz Hastalıkları Anabilim Dalı Polikliniğinde görülen 86 sekonder kataraktlı olgunun 92 gözüne Nd-YAG lazer ile posterior kapsülotomi yapıldı. Olgular görme düzeyi artışı ve postoperatif komplikasyonlar açısından değerlendirildi. Gözlerden 68 tanesi psödofak (64 arka kamara, 4 ön kamara lensi), 24 tanesi afak idi. Olguların % 90,2'sinde ortalama 0.58 (kapsülotomi öncesi görme keskinliği 0.19, kapsülotomi sonrası 0.77) görme artışı sağlandı. Retina dekolmanı oranı % 1.4 olarak belirlendi. Nd-YAG lazer posterior kapsülotomi nadir görülen komplikasyonlarla birlikte cerrahi kapsülotomiden daha üstün bir tekniktir
92 eyes of 86 patients with secondary cataracts seen in the Ophtalmology Department of Selçuk University Medical Faculty underwent Nd-YAG laser posterior capsulotomy. Patients were evaluated according to improvement in visual acuity and postoperative complications. 68 eyes were pseudophakic (64 posterior chamber, 4 anterior chamber lens implanted) and 24 eyes were aphakic. 90.2 % of patients had 0.58 improvement in visual acuity (visual acuity was 0.19 before capsulotomy and 0.77 after capsulotomy). The incidence of retinal detachment was 1.1%. Nd-YAG laser posterior capsulotomy technique together with its rare complications is superior to the surgical capsulotomy
