Özet
Kemal Tahir, çağdaş Türk edebiyatının yetiştirmiş olduğu değerli romancılarımızdan biridir. Bu nedenle de hakkında çok fazla araştırma yapılmış ve yazılar yazılmıştır. Biz de çalışmamızda, yazarın romanlarındaki kadın kahramanları tespit ettik. Bu çalışmayla Kemal Tahir'in, romanlarında hangi karakterdeki kadınları daha fazla kullandığını ve yazarın kadınlara bakış açısını ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Çalışmamızın giriş bölümünde Türk romancılığının kısa tarihçesi verildi. İlk yerli romanın sahibi Şemsettin Sami'den başlayarak Kemal Tahir'e kadarki roman yazarlarımız kısaca değerlendirildi. Birinci bölümde Kemal Tahir'in hayatı ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verildi. Yazarın, romanlarını ve roman karakterlerini nasıl oluşturduğunu kavrayabilmek amacıyla romancı kişiliği üzerinde duruldu. İkinci bölümünde ise, romanlardaki kadın kahramanlar incelendi. Kadın kahramanların incelenmesine geçilmeden önce, roman hakkında kısaca bilgi verilerek, daha sonra da romanların özeti verildi. Her romanda ilk olarak, ön planda yer alan asıl konumdaki kadın kahramanlar romandaki konumlarına göre sıralandı. Daha sonra da dekoratif konumdaki kadınlar incelendi. Ayrıca kadın kahramanların romanlardaki konumları ve yazarın kadınlara bakış açısı tespit edilmeye çalışıldı. Sonuç bölümünde ise, 19 romanda yer alan kadın kahramanların genel bir değerlendirilmesi yapıldı ve yazarın kadınlara dönük nasıl bir bakış açısına sahip olduğu konusu üzerinde duruldu. Romanlarda yer alan kadınlar, özelliklerine göre olarak on bir başlıkta sınıflandırıldı. Çalışmanın sonuna kaynakça ve dizin eklendi.
Kemal Tahir is one of the precious novelists raised by contemporary Turkish literature. Thus there are many studies and writings about him. In this study, we assessed the heroines in the author?s novels. In this study, we tried to introduce which characters had been used more in Kemal Tahir?s novels and author?s viewpoint of women. In the introduction part of our study, short history of Turkish novel writing has been provided. Our novelists have been evaluated briefly starting from Şemsettin Sami who owns the first native novel to Kemal Tahir. In the first chapter information about life and works of Kemal Tahir has been provided. His novelist identity has been analyzed in order to understand how author has created his novels and characters. In the second chapter heroines in the novels have been analyzed. Before analyzing heroines brief information about the novel and summaries of novels have been provided. In every novel first, chief characters taking part in the foreground are classified according to their positions. Then women in decorative position have been analyzed. Also positions of heroines in the novels and author?s viewpoint have been determined. In the conclusion part a general evaluation of heroines in 19 novels has been provided and author?s viewpoint of women has been analyzed. Women taking part in the novels are classified as eleven headings according to their features. Bibliography and index are included at the end of the study.
