Ereğli, Halkapınar (Konya) ve Ayrancı (Karaman) ilçeleri ceviz popülasyonu içerisinden üstün nitelikli tiplerin seleksiyon yolu ile seçimi

| dc.description.abstract | Bu seleksiyon çalışması 2019-2022 yılları arasında, Konya ilinin Ereğli ve Halkapınar ile Karaman ilinin Ayrancı ilçesinde bulunan tohumdan yetişmiş üstün özelliklere sahip ceviz tiplerinin tespiti amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Ereğli ve Halkapınar ilçeleri Konya ilindeki toplam ceviz ağacı sayısının % 8.4'üne, Ayrancı ilçesi ise Karaman ilinin toplam ceviz ağacı sayısının %3'üne sahiptir. 3 ilçe sınırları içerisinde 19 mahallede yapılan gözlemler sonucunda her yıl düzenli ve bol ürün veren 67 ağaçtan meyve örnekleri alınmıştır. Alınan meyve örnekleri hem kabuklu, hem iç ceviz için ayrı ayrı değiştirilmiş tartılı derecelendirme yöntemine göre puanlanmış ve yüksek puan alan 24 tip belirlenmiştir. 2020 yılı ilkbahar ve yaz döneminde yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda 24 yeni tip çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. 2020 hasat döneminde toplam 48 ağaçtan alınan örneklerde değiştirilmiş tartılı derecelendirme kriterlerine göre puanlama yapılmış ve 33 genotip üstün olarak belirlenmiştir. 2021 yılında, alınan meyvelerde yapılan puanlama sonunda kabuklu cevizde 5 genotip, iç cevizde 4 genotip olmak üzere, toplam 8 genotip (1 genotip hem kabuklu hem de iç cevizde yüksek puan almıştır) ümitvar bulunmuştur. Seçilen 8 genotipte meyve ağırlığı 10.66-26.31 g, iç ağırlığı 5.32-9.82 g, randıman % 37.33-57.91, kabuk kalınlığı 1.06-1.90 mm arasında bulunurken, kabuk rengi 1 tipte açık, 4 tipte orta, 3 tipte koyu, iç rengi 1 tipte açık sarı, 7 tipte koyu sarı; kabuktan ayrılma tiplerin tamamında kolay olarak tespit edilmiştir. Kabukta yapışma tüm genotiplerde zor, kabuk kırılma durumu 7 genotipte kolay, 1 genotipte orta, kabuk pürüzlülüğü 3 genotipte düz, 4 genotipte orta, 1 genotipte pürüzlü olarak tespit edilmiştir. Kabuk kırılma durumu genotiplerin tamamında kolay olarak belirlenmiştir. Dolu ve sağlam iç genotiplerin tamamında % 100 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonunda seçilen genotiplerden 6'sı homogami, 1'si protogeni ve 1'i protandri çiçeklenme özelliği göstermiştir. Kabuklu cevizde, meyve ağırlığında 42-HA-07, randımanda 42-ER-01, kabuk kalınlığında 42-HA-06 ve 70-AY-01, iç renginde 42-HA-04, kabuk renginde 70-AY-05, kabukta yapışma ve kabuktan ayrılmada ise seçilen tüm genotipler bundan sonraki ıslah çalışmalarında üstün ebeveynler olarak tavsiye edilebilecek değerde bulunmuştur. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This selection study was carried out between 2019 and 2022 to detect walnut types with superior characteristics grown from seeds in Ereğli and Halkapınar districts of Konya province and the Ayrancı districts of Karaman province. Ereğli and Halkapınar districts have 8.4% of the total number of walnut trees in Konya province, and Ayrancı district has 3% of the total number of walnut trees in Karaman province. As a result of observations made in 19 neighborhoods within the borders of 3 districts, fruit samples were taken from 67 trees that produce regular and abundant products every year. The fruit samples taken were scored according to the modified ranked method separately for both in-shell and kernel, and 24 types with high scores were determined. As a result of the studies carried out in the spring and summer of 2020, 24 new types were included in the study. During the 2020 harvest period, samples taken from a total of 48 trees were scored according to modified ranked method criteria and 33 genotypes were determined to be superior. In 2021, as a result of the modified ranked methot on the fruits taken, 8 genotypes in total, including 5 genotypes in shelled walnuts and 4 genotypes in kernels (1 genotype received high scores in both shelled and kernel walnuts) were found to be promising. In 8 genotypes selected, the shelled weight is 10.66-26.31 g, the kernel weight is 5.32-9.82 g, the kernel percentage is 37.33-57.91% , the shell thickness is between 1.06-1.90 mm, the shell color is light in 1 type, medium in 4 types, dark in 3 types, kernel color is in 1 type light yellow, dark yellow in 7 types, remove of kernel from the shell was easy in all types. Shell adhesion was difficult in all genotypes, cracking of the shell was detected easy in 7 genotypes, moderate in 1 genotype, shell texture was smooth in 3 genotypes, medium in 4 genotypes, and rough in 1 genotype. Shell breakage was determined easy in all genotypes. Kernel fill and healty kernel percantage was determined as 100% in all genotypes. At the end of the research, 6 of the selected types showed homogamy, 1 showed protogeny and 1 showed protandri flowering properties. 42-HA-07 for shelled weight, 42-ER-01 kernel percentage, 42-HA-06 and 70-AY-01 for shell thickness, 42-HA-04 for kernel color, 70-AY-05 for shell color, 42-ER-01 for shell adhesion and remove of kernel from the shell all selected genotypes were found to be recommended as superior parents in future breeding studies. | |
