Dahili kliniklerde çalışan hemşirelerin tükenmişlik düzeyi ve duygusal emek davranışı ile ilişkisi

Özet
Araştırma; dahili kliniklerde çalışan hemşirelerin tükenmişlik düzeyleri ve duygusal emek davranış puanlarını belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı ilişkisel olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini dahili kliniklerde çalışan 193 hemşire oluşturmuş, çalışma araştırma kriterlerine uygun 180 hemşire ile tamamlanmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında hemşire tanıtım formu, Duygusal Emek Ölçeği ve Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizi için t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi, Pearson Korelasyonu Analizi ve Tukey HSD testleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan hemşirelerin yaş ortalaması 30,7±5,9 olup, % 80,0'inin kadın, % 71,7'sinin evli ve % 53,3'ünün lisans mezunu olduğu bulunmuştur. Araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği duygusal tükenme alt boyutundan 22±6,7, duyarsızlaşma alt boyutundan 7,4±4,1, kişisel başarı alt boyutundan 20,9±5,2 puan aldığı belirlenmiştir. Sosyo demografik özelliklerden çocuk sahibi olma durumu ile duyarsızlaşma alt boyutu, öğrenim durumu ile kişisel başarı alt boyutu arasında ilişki bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Mesleki özellikler ile tükenmişlik ölçeği alt boyutları incelendiğinde çalışma düzeni ile kişisel başarı alt boyutu, tekrar aynı mesleği seçme durumu ile duygusal tükenme ve duyarsızlaşma alt boyutu, yaptığı işten memnun olma durumu ile duygusal tükenme, duyarsızlaşma ve kişisel başarı alt boyutları ile ilişki bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Duygusal emek alt boyutlarından yüzeysel davranış ile kişisel başarı alt boyutları arasında pozitif yönde ve zayıf bir ilişkinin olduğu bulunmuştur. Derinlemesine davranış ve duygusal çaba alt boyutu ile tükenmişlik ölçeği alt boyutları arasında pozitif yönlü zayıf ilişki bulunmuştur. Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda; hemşirelerin tükenmişlik durumlarının orta düzeyde olduğu, tükenmişlik düzeyi ile duygusal emek davranışları arasında pozitif yönde ilişki olduğu fakat bu ilişkinin zayıf düzeyde olduğu bulunmuştur.
The research; was performed descriptively and attitudinally in order to determine the behaviors of emotional labor and the levels of burnout for nurses of internal clinics. The universe of study consisted of 193 nurses working in internal clinics and study was completed with 180 nurses who meet the criteria of research. The questionnaire form, emotional labor scale, and Maslach burnout scale were used for collecting the data. T-test, single direction variance analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and Tukey HSD tests were used for analyzing the data obtained. The average age of nurses participated in study was 30,7±5,9 and % 80 of them were found as women, % 71,7 of them were as married and % 53,3 were as bachelor's degree. There was determined that the nurses participated in the research got 22±6,7 points from the emotional exhaustion sub-dimension of Maslach Burnout scale, 7,4 ±4,1 points from depersonalization sub-dimension and 20,9±5,2 points from personal accomplishment sub-dimension. The relations were found between the situation of having a child and depersonalization sub-dimension of sociodemographic attributes and educational background and personal accomplishment sub-dimension (p<0, 05). The relations were found between working order and personal accomplishment, the situation of re-electing the same occupation and the sub-dimension of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, the situation of being satisfied with the work and emotional exhaustion, the sub-dimensions of depersonalization and personal accomplishment while the professional features and the sub-dimensions of burnout scale were examined (p<0,05). There was found was a positive and poor relation between superficial labor and personal accomplishment sub-dimensions of the emotional labor behaviors. There was found a positive poor relation between in-depth behavior and emotional labor sub-dimensions and burnout scale sub-dimensions. In accordance with these results; there were found the facts that the burnout status of nurses was in medium-level and there was a positive relation between burnout level and emotional labor behaviors, but this relation was on a weak level.
