Özet
Sağlıkla ilgili araştırma ve uygulama merkezleri olarak eğitim hastaneleri kapsamında yer alan üniversite hastaneleri üstlendikleri tıp ve diğer sağlık disiplinlerinin eğitimi, sağlıkla ilgili araştırmalar ve daha çok ilerlemiş ve ciddi sorunları olan hastaların tedavi hizmetleri ile Türk Toplumunun sağlık düzeyinin yükseltilmesinde önemli rol oynarlar. Dolayısıyla günümüzde üniversite hastaneleri yataklı sağlık hizmetlerinin verildiği kurumlar olmaktan çıkarak, ileri düzeyde özellik arz eden teşhis ve tedavi hizmetlerinin verildiği kurumlar haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı sağlık hizmetleri sistemi, Türk Sağlık Sektörü ve üniversite hastanelerinin genel durumunu betimleyici ve sorgulayıcı bir yöntemle ortaya koymaktır.
As being health research and application centers university hospitals are evaluated within education hospitals and they play an important role regarding to the medical and other health discipline educations, health care researches and progressed diseases cares in order to heighten the health level of turkish citizens. As a result university hospitals are leaving their classical role of treatment and changing to advanced diagnosis and treatment establishments. The aim of this study is to put forth the health services system, Turkish health services and general state of university hospitals in consideration in a descriptive and interrogative manner.
