dc.description.abstractDünya düzeninde meydana gelen değişimler ve artan rekabet olgusu, günümüz işletmelerini, işlevleri açısından çarpıcı gelişmelere zorlamaktadır. Bu bağlamda işletme yönetiminin, örgütün tüm fonksiyonları açısından geleceğe yönelik hedeflerin belirlenmesine imkan sağlayacak kararları hızla ve güvenle alması gerekmektedir. Yönetimin bilimsel temellere oturtulabilmesi ve geleceğe yönelik derinlemesine bilgilerin üretilebilmesi, doğru ve etkin çalışabilen bilgi sistemlerini gerektirmektedir. İşletme yönetiminde rasyonel kararlar alabilmek için oluşturulacak bilgi sistemi yapıları, örgütün tüm işlevsel yönetim alanlarını içermelidir. Finans ve muhasebe bilgi sistemlerinin oluşturulması açısından da durum aynıdır. Finans & muhasebe tümleşik bilgi sisteminden elde edilen bilgilerin, sistemin etkinliği açısından yönetim piramidinin her düzeyine farklı uygulanması gerekmektedir. Bu durum yönetimin, işlevlerini amaçları doğrultusunda yerine getirebilmesi açısından son derece kritik bir önem taşımaktadır. Finans & muhasebe tümleşik bilgi sistemindeki işleyiş; girdi, işlem ve çıktı olmak üzere üç aşamaya sahiptir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, finans muhasebe tümleşik bilgi sistemi aşamalarının, yönetim piramidinin stratejik, taktik ve teknik katmanlarının her biri için yeniden düzenlenmesini sağlayabilecek tümleşik bir model önermektir.en_US
dc.description.abstractChanges of the world’s order and increasing competition concept are forced present business administration to striking developments according to their functions. Therefore, decisions which are possible to determine the future targets must be taken with rapidly and confidently by business enterprises management. For the management can be set up the scientifically basis and the future deep knowledge can be produced are needed information systems which can run effectively and accurately. Information system structures to be formed must include to all functioning management fields of these organizations to rational decisions can be done in business enterprises management. This situation is also same as formed the finance  accountancy management systems. Obtained information from the finance  accountancy management systems must be applied in every level of management pyramid differently for this system effectively. This situation is the most important for the fulfillment the functions of management in their aims. Finance & accountancy integrated information system have three steps; input, process, output. In this study, strategic, tactic and technical layer of management pyramid were formed on steps of finance & accountancy integrated information system. The aim of this study, for every strategic, tactic and technical layer of management pyramid, integrated model which can be provided for recompose regulation to it, is suggested.en_US
