Özet
Bu çalışmada, yapay zekanın bir alt disiplini olan uzman sistemler (US) incelenmiş ve personel seçimine yönelik “Expert-Personel” adında bir uzman sistem geliştirilmiştir. Sistem, Konya Büyükşehir Belediyesinde, Belediye Başkan Yardımcısı, Çevre Koruma Daire Başkanı ve Çevre Şube Müdürü seçimine yönelik olarak uygulanmıştır. Bu birimler için iş analizi ve görev tanımları yapıldıktan sonra uygun bir iş başvuru formu oluşturulmuştur. Ayrıca adayların kişilik özelliklerini belirlemeye yönelik kişilik belirleme soruları oluşturulmuş ve en uygun adaylar “Expert-Personel” uzman sistemi yardımı ile belirlenmiştir.
In this study, expert systems which are a subsystem of artificial intelligence were investigated and an expert systems whose name is “Expert Personel” was improved to personel selection. This systems was applied in Konya Municipality for selection of second chairman, chairman of enviroment department and director of enviroment department. An apllication form was prepared for these department after analyze them. In addition, a questionnaire which is about personal characteristics was created to determine charaecteristics of candidate and the best suitable candidate was determined help of “Expert-Personel”.
