| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmada, doğadan toplanmış olan salkımotu (Poa spp.) genotiplerin de yeşilalan ve yem bitkisi olarak kullanılabilirlik bakımından bazı tarımsal özelliklerbelirlenmiştir. Bu özellikler doğrultusunda üstün olan genotipler seçilmiştir.Seçilen genotipler, 113O919 no’lu TÜBİTAK projesi kapsamında toplanmış 6farklı Poa türüne aittir. Bu türler Poa angustifolia L., Poa annua L., Poacompressa L., Poa pratensis L., Poa sterilis Bieb. ve Poa trivialis L.’dir. Eldeedilen veriler değerlendirilerek genotiplerin mera ve yem bitkileri tarımında,ayrıca yeşil alan tesisinde kullanılabilme potansiyelleri araştırılarak ıslah çalışmaları için temel verileri belli olan genetik materyaller kazandırılmıştır. Bubitkilerde çim ve yem bitkisi olmak üzere iki amaca yönelik bitkisel ve tarımsal özellikler incelenmiştir. Gözlem ve ölçümler 2016 yılında yapılmıştır.İncelenen bazı özellikler bakımından hem genotipler hem de poa genotipleriarasında farklılıklar olmuştur. Bu farklılıkların değişim genişliğinin fazla olması ıslah için istenilen amaca uygun özellikteki bitkileri seçme şansını artırmaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda gelecekteki ıslah çalışmalarında kullanılabileceküstün özellikli poa genotipleri belirlenmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In the study, some agricultural characteristics in terms of usability as a greenarea and feed plant in the bluegrass (Poa spp.) Genotypes collected from naturehave been determined. Genotypes superior to these characteristics were selected. The selected genotypes are the genotypes of six different bluegrass withinthe scope of TÜBİTAK project numbered 113O919. These species are Poaangustifolia L., Poa annua L., Poa compressa L., Poa pratensis L., Poa sterilisBieb. And Poa trivialis L.. by evaluating the obtained data, the genotypes ofthe pasture and forage crops were investigated and their potential for use in thegreen field was investigated and genetic materials with basic data for breedingstudies were obtained. In these plants, herbal and agricultural properties fortwo purposes including grass and forage plants were examined. Observationsand measurements were made in 2016. There are differences between genotypes and poa genotypes in terms of some trait sexamined. The large variation ofthese differences increases the chances of choosing the plants with the appropriate characteristics desired for breeding. As a result of the study, superiorspecific poa genotypes were identified that could be used in future breedingtrials. | |
