| dc.description.abstract | İlk mobilyanın hangi nesneden, nerede ve ne zaman yapıldığı konusunda farklı görüşler vardır. İlk mobilyanın, insanların mağaralarda yaşamaya başladığı yontma taş devrinde (paleolitik çağ) taştan, kemikten ya da ağaçtan yontularak yapılmış olabileceği düşünülebilir. Fakat somut olarak elimizde bu döneme ait olan ve mobilya diyebileceğimiz bir kalıntı bulunmamaktadır. Literatürde birçok kaynakta, ağaçtan elde edilen ilk mobilya örneklerinin antik çağlarda Mısır’da yapıldığı belirtilmektedir. Ancak, yeni bazı kaynaklarda günümüze kadar gelen ilk mobilya örneklerinin Konya ili, Çumra ilçesindeki Çatalhöyük’te bulunduğu belirtilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, ilk mobilya örneklerinin hangi maddeden, nerede ve ne zaman yapıldığı konusunda ileri sürülen görüşler araştırılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | There are many different ideas about the first furniture, and the ideas involve opinions concerning when the first furniture was made, where it was made, and what the first object was. Some think that the first furniture may have been made from stones; others think it was made from bones, and still others think it was made from wood in the Paleolithic Age, when the people began to live in caverns. However, there is no evidence to support the theory that anything resembling furniture originated in the Paleolithic Age. Many literature sources have stated that the first wooden furniture was made in Egypt in ancient times. However, some new sources have stated that the sample of the first furniture was excavated from a site in the Çatalhöyük in Konya City, Turkey. In this study, some of the questions that were investigated included the following: What was used to make the first furniture? When was the first furniture made?
