Abstract
Bu çalışmada, önderiştirme yapıldıktan sonra ICP-AES tekniği ile içme sularındaki Cu (II) ve Zn (II) miktarlarının tayinine çalışılmıştır. İlk olarak, su numunelerine ligand çözeltisi ilave edildi. Daha sonra optimum şartlarda belirlenen pH'sı 7,00 olan tampon çözelti bu numunelere ilave edildi. Kolondaki reçine üzerinden ön şart olarak tampon çözelti geçirildi, hazırlanan numune çözeltileri kolondan, akış hızı 2,0 ml/dakika olacak şekilde geçirildi ve metal iyonları, 3 M HNCVmetanol ile elue edildi ve kuruluğa kadar ısıtıldı. Daha sonra 1 M HNO3/SU ile çözüldü. Numuneler ICP-AES tekniği ile standart ilave metodu kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışma, içme sularındaki Cu (E) ve Zn (E) tayini için basit, hızlı ve güvenilirdir.
In this study, we tried to determine the amount of copper (II) and zinc (II) in potable water with the ICP-AES technic after the preconcentration. First of all, water samples were added ligand solutions. After then a buffer solution of pH 7,00 which was determined as optimum condition was added to these samples. Resin in the column was preconditioned by passing a buffer solution of pH 7,00, then prepared sample solutions were passed through resin in the column with a flow speed of 2,00 ml/minute. The metal ions were eluated with 3 M HNOs/methanol and were heated to dryness after that were dissolved with 1 M HNOs/water. The samples have been analysed by standart addition method with ICP-AES technic. This study, the determination of copper (II) and zinc (II) in drinking water was simple, fast and confident.
