Özet
Bu çalışma Hz. Peygamber döneminde öldürülmesi emredilen kişiler ve bunların öldürülme sebeplerini içermektedir. Hz. Peygamber'in tebliğinde hiçbir zaman zorlamaya gitmediği gerçeği sabitken nasıl olmuştur da birilerinin öldürülmesini emretmiştir. İlk bakışta tezat gibi görünen bu uygulama günümüzde istismar edilmeye müsait bir konu olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu konuda bize ulaşan rivayetlerden şöyle bir sonuç ortaya çıkmaktadır: Hz Peygamber'in bu uygulamaları keyfi bir nitelik taşımamakla birlikte öldürülenler küfürleri veya İslâm'ı kabul etmedikleri için öldürülmemişlerdir. Zira İslâm düşünce ve inanca saygı duymayı emretmektedir. Hz Peygamber fiili mücadeleye girişmediği ve insanların saadetine engel olmadıkları müddetçe kimse hakkında ölüm kararı vermemiştir. Başka bir deyişle Rasûlullah, kesinlikle düşünceyi cezalandırmamıştır. Ayrıca bu kimseler günümüz evrensel hukuk kararlarından bir veya birkaçını ihlal etmişlerdir. Kısaca Hz. Peygamber'in vermiş olduğu ölüm kararları hakkın ve adaletin yolunu tıkamaya kalkışan kişilerin tasfiye edilmek suretiyle İslâm'ı, adaleti, huzuru ve barışı toplumda hâkim kılma adına verilmiş kararlardır.
This study includes the persons who were ordered to be killed in Prophet Muhammad Time and the reasons of their death. How was it happened that Prophet Muhammad ordered anyone to be killed as the truth is absolute that he did never use force in his notifications? This application which looks like contrast at first look is a subject which is available to abuse today. The result which is taken from the rumors about this subject is like this: These applications of Prophet Muhammad are not arbitrary and the killed persons were not killed for not accepting Islam or for their swearing. In addition that Islam orders respecting to thought and belief. Prophet Muhammad did not give death decision about someone who did not make actual combat or who did not prevent the felicity of people. In other words it is absolute that Prophet Muhammad did not punished thought. And also those persons, who were ordered to be killed, violated some of today?s universal laws. Briefly, these death decisions which were taken by Prophet Muhammad were decisions which were taken for domination of Islam, justice and peace in community by killing those persons who were trying to block the way of justice.
